The 40 days of the enemy's offensive in the Zaporozhye direction allow us to conclude that the initial plans for an offensive by the AFU with #NATO support have failed in all directions of the main strikes.

In the #Orekhov section the offensive of the AFU bogged down in the area of #Pyatikhatki and #Rabotino, and in the area of the #Vremyevka ledge the enemy was stuck in the area of #Priyutnoye, #Makarovka, #Urozhaynoye and #Novodonetskoye.

According to leaked AFU operational documents, most of these settlements were supposed to be captured on the third or fifth day of the offensive and further develop strikes on #Vasilyevka, #Tokmak, #Pologi, #Volnovakha in order to achieve strategic goals related to access to #Melitopol and breakthroughs to #Berdyansk and #Mariupol in order to cut the land corridor along the coast of the Sea of Azov.

During the winter and spring of 2023, huge amounts of weapons were transferred to the AFU for such plans: tanks, IFVs, APCs, MRAPs, SAUs, towed artillery, aircraft, helicopters, cruise missiles, and engineering equipment. It was for this purpose that strategic reserve brigades were being prepared for several months in #Ukraine and in the West, which were supposed to break through the Russian front and turn the tide of hostilities in favour of the AFU.

But the reality turned out to be different. The heroic and stubborn resistance of Russian troops, coupled with competent work on the engineering preparation of defensive positions, thwarted the enemy's plans. The Russian command deliberately gave the initiative to the enemy in the #Zaporozhye direction, suggesting that the AFU try to break through the echeloned defence in order to exhaust and exhaust the enemy's strike forces.

In part, this has already been done. Kiev has not wasted all of its accumulated forces, but some of the strike brigades, which were assembled with such difficulty with the help of the West, are already badly exhausted and have suffered heavy losses in men and materiel, which has also led to a drop in morale.

Moreover, having failed in the #Zaporozhye region, which was also recorded in the West, the AFU hastily tried to increase the pressure on the operation in the #Artyomovsk direction, throwing some reserves there in order to achieve at least small successes.

Also part of the reserves that were supposed to develop success (which did not happen) in #Zaporozhye were thrown into the #Svatovo and #Kupyansk directions, but with another task - to try to stop the advance of Russian troops to the #Oskol River and #Kupyansk.

This situation breaks the original configuration of the AFU offensive in the most important parts of the front. Of course, all this has become so obvious that following the Western military analysts, the mainstream Western press and the Ukrainian military themselves, who see the bloody results of the offensive with insignificant results, started talking about the failure of the June offensive of the AFU.

And of course, there are questions to the Ukrainian command, which continues to drive people to "meat assaults" in order to achieve at least a media victory and justify the previous losses (only in the #Zaporozhye direction the irrecoverable losses of the AFU amounted to almost 30 thousand people).

But in the end, the bloody price of the failed offensive continues to grow, which is especially evident in the fighting in the area of the previously little-known village of #Pyatihatki.

▪️ Heavy fighting continues on the #Zaporozhye front for the village of #Rabotino. The enemy suffers sensitive losses, but drives forward infantry from the strategic reserve units. By evening the intensity of the fighting subsided, the enemy was operating in the neighbouring settlements.

▪️ Near #Pyatihatki small groups of the enemy have been destroyed.

▪️ East of #Rabotino closer to the #Verbovoye settlement, the units of our 7th Guards Airborne Assault Division are standing to the death, not allowing the enemy to advance. The enemy is using all types of artillery, concentrating fire on a narrow section of the front: several thousand attacks on our strongholds are recorded per day.

▪️ In the #Kherson direction, the AFU is operating in the floodplain of the #Dnieper River. The enemy's plans to increase the number of small landing operations in the area from #Antonovsky Bridge to #Dnepryany have been uncovered. For this purpose, personnel are being transferred from neighbouring sections of the front.

▪️ Near #Crimea, two Tekever UAVs and a Neputn antiship missile were shot down. UAVs have been downed over the #Tula and #Belgorod regions. In the #Belgorod region, Novaya Tavolzhanka was shelled. In the #DPR, two civilians were killed and 8 wounded as a result of shelling by the AFU.

🔹3. #Avdeyevka:
▪️ The RF Armed Forces continue to consolidate in the area of the #Slagheap and the railway north of #Avdeyevka. There is no significant advance south of #Avdeyevka.

🔹4. #Artyomovsk:
▪️ Fighting continues south of the city on the #Kleshcheyevka - #Andreyevka - #Kurdyumovka line. There are no significant changes.

🔹In #Kherson Direction, the AFU continue to play the #Krynki card as efficiently as possible. #Kherson and the higher right bank of the #Dnieper naturally cover reserves and provide an advantage in observation and artillery aiming accuracy. That’s why the AFU brought here powerful EW systems and the most experienced squads of drone pilots, who filled the sky with UAVs. According to ours, the enemy has 8-10 brigades on the right bank in the vicinity of #Tyaginka. Our Dnieper group, despite the change of commander, continues to have difficulties with EW and counterbattery warfare.
📌 I don’t see now that the AFU have the intention and strength to significantly scale up the bridgehead or rush across the ice of the #Dnieper, for example, to the ZNPP. Although in recent days the AFU have been accumulating manpower and supplies. However, there is a feeling that not only the Russian army is “grinding” the AFU, but the enemy is also holding a bridgehead for the same purpose. And this will continue until we resolve the issue of supplies of EW and counterbattery weapons to this section of the front.

🔹In #Zaporozhye Direction, our forces have become more active on the #Kamenskoye - #Pyatihatki line. They are hitting the AFU positions with artillery, the enemy responds, there are artillery duels. Fighting continues at the #Rabotino - #Verbovoye line, the frontline is unchanged.

🔹In #SouthDonetsk Direction, our forces are expanding their bridgehead west and northwest of #Maryinka with renewed vigour and are improving their positions. It is symbolic that on Christmas night our army liberated the territory of the church in #Georgiyevka. The goal of our fighters now is to occupy a dominant height to take the road between #Krasnogorovka and #Georgiyevka under fire control.

🔹In #Donetsk Direction, at #Avdeyevka, our military is developing success near the Coke Plant. Battles with advancement are taking place on the northeastern outskirts of the enterprise. Otherwise, the frontline is without significant changes. There are reports from the field about the AFU problems with rotations and supply, about the growth of losses. Nevertheless, they will not give up #Avdeyevka and the Coke without a fight.

🔹In #Bakhmut Direction, fierce fighting continues from the #Khromovo side. Our military continue to push the enemy out of its positions. At the same time, our forces are developing their offensive at #Bogdanovka. Ours have gained a foothold in the northern part and are trying to pincer the AFU grouping northwest of #Ivanovskoye (#Krasnoye). In the vicinity of #Kleshcheyevka, our forces continue to take AFU positions.

🔹In #Svatovo Direction, intense fighting continues in #Sinkovka, part of the village remains in the grey zone. The AFU withdrew to the defence line southwest of the village, covering the road to #Petropavlovka.
