β‘οΈπ·πΊπΊπ¦π‘ @RybarAnalysis: Attacks by Russian Forces on Ukraine's Energy System on 22 Oct 2022 to 12:00β‘οΈ
π Rybar's team continues its daily analysis of the consequences of systemic fire attacks on Ukraine's energy system. This morning, the Russian Armed Forces once again launched massive strikes.
π» List of likely targets to be hit:
βͺοΈ #Volyn and #Rivne Regions:
The outages in #Rivne and #Lutsk can be explained by a strike on the 330kV open switchgear (OSG) of the #Rivne NPP. But we doubt it: it is more likely that the strikes hit the #Lutsk - Severnaya 330 kV substation and the #Rivne 330 kV substation.
βͺοΈ #Kirovograd Region:
As power outages were detected in Golovanevsky and Kropivnitsky districts, the Russian Forces may have hit the Pobuzhskaya 330/110 kV substation (two 330/110 kV autotransformers and one 150/35 kV transformer).
βͺοΈ #Odessa Region:
Judging by the pattern of power outages, Russian Forces have hit the #Usatovo substation. It is unlikely that the strike hit the substation's general control station (GCS) as the open switchgear (OSG) is operational. The substation has three 330/110kV autotransformers and one of which was most likely hit.
Despite the outages in the #Podolsk region, we could not confirm that the 330 kV Podolskaya substation was affected. Because then the picture of the power distribution would have been different.
Behind the power outage in #Yuzhnoye is most likely a strike on the #Ajalyk 330/110 kV substation. Where exactly it was hit cannot be said without further information. The hit is indirectly confirmed and explained by increased overflows from Romania.
The outage in #Mayaki indicates a probable impact on the Novoodesskaya 330/110 kV substation. The situation is similar as at the #Usatovo substation: if there was a strike, it was not at the open switchgear, but at one of the two autotransformers. The 330 kV switchgear is operational.
βͺοΈ #Khmelnitsky Region:
Repeated impact on the Khmelnitskaya 330/110 kV substation.
