The attack intensity has decreased, but artillery and tanks are constantly fire at the Russian positions. Ours are bravely holding on. The AFU act in a similar way near #Pyatikhatki, with artillery shelling but no serious assault attempts.

It is difficult, as predicted, the AFU fire from three sides. #Urozhaynoye follows the fate of #Staromayorskoye to get razed to the ground. The RF Armed Forces clear the neighbourhood near #Staromayorskoye.

😇 The Kiev Regime tried to attack the Crimean bridge, but our antiaircraft gunners shot down two Ukrainian missiles over the #Kerch Strait. A smoke screen was also put up as security measures. The militants modified missiles from the S-200 air defence system for the strike, but it did not help, the bridge was not damaged.

▪️ The Russian offensive continues in the #Kupyansk sector.
▪️ Ours are also trying to develop success near #Novoselovskoye and attacked in the area of #Nadiya.

🔹In #Zaporozhye Direction, the AFU attempt to storm #Rabotino and occupy positions northeast and east of the village. They have passed a significant part of the mined fields but have not yet reached our main defence line. In the forest plantations near #Novopokrovka are fierce battles.
🔹In #SouthDonetsk direction, the AFU control the northern and western parts of the village, and ours have knocked them out of the centre. The village is being razed to the ground and it maybe, like #Staromayorskoye, will end up in the grey zone. The movement of AFU reinforcements from Bolshaya Novoselka and #Komar is noted. It is about 3 km to #Staromlinovka (a Russian key knot).

🔹In #Zaporozhye Direction, the AFU try to enter #Pyatikhatki in small groups. Our artillery breaks them, then our forces clear the landings. Fighting continues near #Rabotino, the AFU is using equipment in addition to small groups of infantry. The frontline is stable.
🔹In #SouthDonetsk Direction, after leaving #Urozhaynoye, #Staromlynovka (3 km southwards) becomes the key settlement in this area. If we count grey zone #Urozhaynoye and #Staromayorskoye for the AFU, they advanced over 2.5 months 4km deep and 7.5km along the frontline. The reinforced Russians counterattacked and drove the AFU towards the northern part of the village. The Russian Army holds the front at #Verbovoye, all AFU advance attempts are suppressed. The enemy still has not reached the 1st Russian defence line.

🔹In #Kherson Direction, the RF Armed Forces continue to knock out AFU groups prowling around the islands and wishing to visit the left bank. In #Kherson, ours destroyed a hangar with AFU weapons and equipment.
🔹In #Zaporozhye Direction, heavy fights continue on the #Rabotino - #Verbovoye line. The AFU try to move further from #Rabotino, in the ruins of which it is difficult to hide from Russian artillery and aerial bombs. During the night, the AFU brought in HIMARS and shelled the Russian positions at key heights, maintaining our fire control over #Rabotino. According to reports from the field, Russian units are being reinforced. The AFU bring up armoured vehicles and reserves to attempt a breakthrough to #Novoprokopovka, and our forces cover them with fire. An attack on #Verbovoye failed, our forces repulsed the attack and also to retook some lost positions.
🔹In #SouthDonetsk Direction, the AFU's artillery and drones are active, the AFU aviation hits even our #Novodonetskoye. The reserves with which the enemy thought to advance seem to have departed to the #Zaporozhye front.

🗓 In recent Months, there and in the eastern part of the #Kharkov region, all military operations either boiled down to unsuccessful attempts to take #Sinkovka, or to a 👉 Positional Struggle behind the left bank of the #Zherebets River.
🔹 Yesterday the fighting in this area intensified.
▪️ On 18 January, after launching a massive artillery strike, Russian troops started an offensive from #Vladimirovka towards #Krakhmalnoye and #Tabayevka.
▪️ Having crossed the railway, units of the RF Armed Forces managed to advance half a km to the west, taking the N-26 motorway under fire control.
▪️ The battered forces of the AFU's 103rd Territorial Defense Brigade are defending in this area, so the Russian troops did not encounter significant resistance.
📌 The Goal of the Offensive in this area is not just a positional struggle, but access to the #Oskol River in order to further facilitate the advance both near #Kupyansk and along the #Zherebets River.
🔹 In neighbouring Areas without any special changes:
▪️ In the village of #Novoselovskoye, Russian troops still control the western end of the destroyed settlement, without moving west.
▪️ There are no active offensive operations yet in the east of #Borovaya; Russian troops are located on the outskirts of #Nadiya.
