The AFU command is intensively preparing for the offensive. Although its terms have been shifted more than once, according to characteristic signs, it is not far off. Western curators need success, and they are pushing the AFU hard to attack.
One of the enemys' main goals is to seize the #Zaporozhye region, including #Energodar and #ZNPP. The NPP has been the subject of negotiations mediated by the IAEA since late last year.
Then the Ukrainians tried to push through the creation of first a 30km and then a 5km buffer zone around the #ZNPP with the full withdrawal of Russian troops and equipment, including air defence. The Russians rejected the demands, so no agreement could be reached.
πΉWhat is happening at the Moment?
Units of the 121st and 129th Territorial Defence (TD) Brigades are concentrated on the Kakhovka Reservoir coast on the right bank of the #Dnieper River. The 178th Battalion of the 121st TD Brigade operates at the #Maryanskoye - #Dudchany line, and 5 Battalions of the 129th TD Brigade are stationed along the reservoir on the #Nikopol - #Ilyinskoye - #Kanevskoye line.
In the last 3 months, at the training ground in #Maryanskoye, under the leadership of the tactical special forces group of the South command, assault groups have been preparing to force water barriers and land troops on the unequipped coast
At least 12 barges are moored at #Nikopol and #Pokrovskoye, which are planned to be used for the transfer of personnel and military equipment to #Energodar, and firing positions of long-range M777 howitzers with Excalibur guided munitions are equipped along the coast.

As the attack starts, one can expect simultaneous forcing of the #Dnieper by tactical landing not only from the #Kherson side but also from the line #Dudchany - Zolotaya Balka - #Maryanskoye - #Pokrovskoye line, where 121st and 129th TD Brigades have taken up positions.
The most combat-ready forces of the 71st Brigade were given the task of assaulting #Energodar from two sides, #Nikopol and #Marganets. In theory, this will allow taking control of the #ZNPP and provide a bridgehead for the landing of a larger group to break through to #Crimea.

Shallowing and sunny weather continues to dry out the reservoir. The special forces, guarding the south shore, have discovered an old road, which showed itself out from under the water.
It appears to be a road across the old #Dnieper riverbed that used to pass through the #Nikopol river valleys until 1956. And unlike the dried-up riverbed, which is full of silt, the remains of the road can be used to cross and dash to the opposite bank of the #Dnieper.
It is likely that the enemy may attempt an offensive along the new route. But the barges and landing boats, on which it was planned to land troops at the #Zaporozhye NPP, are locked at the berths and are of little use in the current natural conditions.
π Russian fighters hit open positions and accumulations of equipment on the opposite bank almost daily. The potential " Road of Death" can already be seen with the naked eye (an objective control frame is on our map). And in the current conditions both enemy and our troops may try to use the new road as well. After three or four days the road should be completely dried up.

βͺοΈ We have reason to believe that the throw-ins are a preparation of public opinion before a real GUR provocation. This is evidenced by the increasing contacts between GUR and British MI6. According to our info, everything is under MI6 control and an operation plan is prepared.
βͺοΈ The details are unknown. The GUR is in charge of sabotage under the direction of British intelligence. The most likely act is with mine-explosive barriers installed by the RF Armed Forces on the approaches and areal objects.
βοΈIf the detonation takes place in the presence of engaged #IAEA inspectors, they will record on video "proof" of the involvement of the RF Armed Forces in the terrorist act".
βͺοΈ Units of 417th and 423rd Battalions of AFU 141st Separate Rifle Brigade are now based in #Marganets and #Nikopol additional to the 121st Territorial Defence Brigade. Formations of the 141st Separate Composite Brigade have not previously been observed, and were probably created recently.

βοΈHowever, recently the 117th and 118th Mechanised Brigades of the 10th AC of the AFU, were moved to the #Kamenskoye sector, which were partially located in #Stepnogorsk and #Kamenskoye; And today a column of tanks and IFVs moved southwards from #Stepnogorsk.
π Given the redeployment of two new brigades towards #Vasilyevka, the main focus of the new phase of the AFU offensive will be at the #Kakhovskoye Reservoir. At the same time a simultaneous strike from the direction of #Nikopol to the #Zaporozhye NPP is not ruled out.

βͺοΈ In the #Avdeyevka sector no changes. Our aviation and artillery are actively working. Meanwhile, Russian fighters are attacking in the direction of #Nevelskoye. In #Maryinka, fighting on the western outskirts, here ours often work out on the militants with TOS-1A "Solntsepek".
πΉ#Zaporozhye Direction:
βͺοΈ In the #Orekhov section there is fierce fighting, the AFU is trying to break our defence line near #Rabotino, but Russian fighters are repelling all enemy attacks. At the same time, in the area of the #Vremyevka ledge, our fighters counterattacked from the direction of #Priyutnoye, and the militants unsuccessfully stormed our positions near #Urozhaynoye and #Staromayorskoye. In addition, an enemy fortification has been destroyed by tankers near #Ugledar.

πΉ#Novomikhaylovka in the #Ugledar section, is still the hottest front spot. Although certain problems remain with the assault on the village itself, the RF Armed Forces decided to bypass the flank and advanced deep into the enemyβs defence in an area up to 4 km wide and to a depth of up to 700 m in the area of the Solenenkaya beam. This allows to shoot through the #Konstantinovka - #Novomikhaylovka road section.
πΉIn the #Bakhmut direction, units of the Russian Airborne Forces finally cleared the cemetery south of #Bogdanovka from the enemy. In the #Avdetevka sector, the Russian Army is fighting heavy battles in the area of #Stepovoye (#Petrovskoye on Rybar maps) and at the Coke Plant. The situation has not changed.
πΉIn the #Orekhov section, the RF Armed Forces are conducting sorties in small groups on light armored vehicles on AFU positions west of #Rabotino. The enemy is trying to regain lost positions west of #Verbovoye. In the #Kherson direction, the AFU continue the operation to hold the springboard in #Krynki at any cost, despite the high losses of personnel and watercraft.
πΉThe RF Armed Forces carried out strikes on targets in #Kharkov, #Mirnograd, #Nikopol, #Dnepropetrovsk and Krivoy Rog. In the latter, after the strikes, a critical situation with energy supply developed. The AFU, in turn, tried to attack targets behind Russian lines with an aircraft-type drones. Air defence crews shot down an UAV on approach to #Engels. Most likely, the target was the airfield of the same name.
