📌netflix troubleshooting guide  

➡️incorrect password but tama naman sa ibang device
↬ if browser, go to netflix.com/clearcookies then try to log-in again using the email and password provided
↬ if app, re-install then try to log-in again using the email and password provided
↬ pag hindi parin okay, itapon mo na yung phone beh tapos palitan mo na bago chareng.

➡️cannot connect to netflix server
↬ turn off router or mobile data for 30 seconds- 1 minute
↬ connect and disconnect to your wifi/mobile data
↬ EXIT the netflix app; DO NOT sign out
↬ If tv, restart it
↬ open netflix app again then retry to watch again
↬ pag hindi parin okay, wait for 1-2 hours then try again.

➡️too many log-in attempts
↬ EXIT the netflix app
↬ wait for 15-45 minutes then try logging in again
↬ this normally happens ONLY if merong gustong magtry mag login ng maraming beses. If the password is incorrect twice (upon trying #1) , pakireport nalang agad to avoid errors.

➡️incorrect pin
↬ Forgot pin -> enter password to check if the pin given to you is correct
↬ if tama naman naibigay, and ayaw pa rin. turn off router or mobile data for a minute
↬ restart your device
↬ connect to mobile data/wifi again
↬ open netflix app then try to input the pin again
↬ if hindi parin okay, wag ka na manood char. Ask permission from us to remove the pin nalang.
↬ note: DO NOT SIGN OUT THE ACCOUNT.

➡️screen limit : "Too many people are using your account right now. Stop play on one of these screens to continue."
↬ no need to report this to us, this is normal sa netflix because 4 screens lang talaga ang limit kahit 5 profiles pa siya. ALL YOU HAVE TO DO IS WAIT na may matapos manuod sa apat na yan.
↬ note: for shared accounts, if we noticed na may nagd'double device sa iisang profile, automatic void.

Netflix has limits (profiles, devices, household/IP). When an account is used beyond these limits, Netflix may detect it and remove premium or reset the account during security scans.

This can happen even to legal accounts, especially shared or solo profiles used on multiple devices or locations.

Netflix regularly runs security scans. If an account is detected with unusual activity, the premium may be removed or the account reset. This is why wipes sometimes happen at the same time across multiple accounts.

Important reminders for sellers and buyers:
• Please understand the risks before purchasing
• Follow the usage rules provided
• Wipes caused by rule violations are not eligible for replacement

We are strict with our rules to keep things fair for everyone. If the wipe reason shows misuse, it will be automatically voided.

🤔HOW TO SEND SIGN IN LINK IN TV

On the TV screen, look for an option like:
• “Sign in with email link”
• “Send sign-in link”
• “Use email to sign in”

Select it.

Enter your email address
• Type the email connected to your Netflix account.
• Select Send Email.
