2️⃣A railway transport condition certification report.
3️⃣A railway transport packaging inspection report.
Complete documentation of the above must be provided before entering the station. If it is not possible to provide all the documents, at least one of the three certificates must be provided.
📌However, failure to provide the complete set of documents may result in the cargo being denied entry into Changsha, with the risk of delays or overnight storage charges of 800 RMB per stack and 1000 RMB for additional storage fees.

Shipping Market Update – Key Points
1️⃣The freight rate for the Russia continues to show a downward trend, although some smaller carriers have slightly reduced their capacity. Overall shipping capacity has decreased by 25%–30% compared to the same period last year.
2️⃣FESCO has added a new vessel, FESCO YANINA, to the Novorossiysk route, which will regularly call at Novorossiysk port. The ports of loading in China include Rizhao, Shanghai, and Ningbo.
3️⃣CSTAR/UGL's joint vessel service has increased rates on the western Russia route, due to a reduction in total capacity. Currently, there is no price advantage on this route.
4️⃣REEL SHIPPING = VOTLA = VUXX = HUB mainly handles FOB shipments, with a focus on Turkish-bound cargo in the prepaid market. Freight rates have shown a slight upward adjustment.
5️⃣SPB has canceled the WSC (Winter Surcharge Cost) from April onwards. The current prices exclude WSC.
6️⃣For FESCO's upcoming 2–3 sailings, small containers (20GP) are encouraged to use SOC (Shipper-Owned Containers). COC (Carrier-Owned Containers)are strictly limited, with only 1–2 TEU released per vessel. 40HQ containersare accepted as normal.
7️⃣Carriers to the Far East are not accepting shipments declared as “pure batteries”, but cargo with built-in batteries can be accepted upon normal review.
8️⃣Changyue Shipping’s May schedule includes sailings from Nanjing on May 18, Taicang on May 20, and arrival at SPB on June 28. These are direct large vessels, and the pricing will be announced next week.

Банк ВТБ прорабатывает возможность создания центра компетенций по искусственному интеллекту (ИИ) в Китае. Об этом сообщают «Ведомости» со ссылкой на данные банка и источники.
Центр будет представлять из себя физическую площадку для прикладных совместных исследований российских и китайских специалистов и быстрого тестирования устройств с ИИ на площадке в Китае без необходимости ввоза их в Россию.
В рамках проекта Россия получит доступ к вычислительным мощностям, которых в настоящее время в Китае в избытке. Дата-центры активно строились в 2023-2024 годах.
Среди российских технологических партнеров ВТБ указан IT-холдинг T1. Представители банка и T1 отказались от комментариев.
Отмечается, что у ВТБ уже есть опыт создания лабораторий с Huawei для тестирования инфраструктурных решений. Кроме того, у банка уже есть представительство в Шанхае.
