The UK-Singapore Universities Alliance for Entrepreneurship and Innovation (UKSAEI) was launched last week, witnessed by H.E. Kara Owen, British High Commissioner to Singapore, and H.E. Lim Thuan Kuan, Singapore High Commissioner to the UK.
The UKSAEI brings together universities from the UK and Singapore, including SIT, to share knowledge and facilitate collaboration in commercialisation and innovation as well as enabling knowledge exchanges on technology. The Alliance will boost efforts in accelerating ideas to the market and deepen cooperation between innovation ecosystems in the UK and Singapore.

As the population grow and more buildings are needed, Jun Han aspires to find a way to build greener, faster, and better. His motivation to design more energy-efficient infrastructure, led him to join the Sustainable Infrastructure Engineering (Building Services) degree programme when it was first launched. He then returned to SIT for an eight-month Master of Engineering Technology in SIE (Building Services) to augment his skills in the profession.
