Is a memoir book by American author Elizabeth gelbrit. The memoir Chronicles the author trip around the world after her divorce and what she discovered during her travels.
The story about 32 years old woman had a home, husband, successful career as a writer, she was unhappy in her marriage and initiated divorce, she tried to rebuild her relationship but it didn't work. Then she decided to travel around the world looking for herself, passion and happiness to live her life.
She traveled to Italy and she enjoying life in (eat),then she went to India looking for her spirituality and she found it in (pray), after that she ended her journey in Bali -Indonesia looking for the balance between eat and pray and she found it in (love), she fell in love with Brazilian business man.
What I learned from this book :
*follow your heart but always carry your mind with you.
*The happiness is possible and you are the only one who is responsible about your happiness and no one else can make you happy.
*your best friend in this world is your self.
*always look for passion and your purpose to live this life.

إليزابيث في العقد الثالث من عمرها، تسكن في منزل فاخر مع زوج محب يريد أن ينشئ عائلة. ولكن هذا المشروع ليس من ضمن أولوياتها، فيحصل الطلاق المر لتصفع تردداته العنيفة إليزابيث، التي تنهض بعد وقت محطمة ولكن مصممة على البحث عن كل ما تفتقده.

هنا يبدأ البحث. في روما تغرق في ملذات الطعام والحفلات فيزداد وزنها عشرين كيلوغرماً دفعة واحدة. في الهند تنير الهداية روحها وهي تحف أرض المعابد. وأخيراً في بالي تكتشف على يدي عراف سقطت أسنانه الطريق إلى السلام الذي يقودها إلى الحب.
