“What steps will you take as an AFO if a farmer does not repay the loan to prevent it from becoming an NPA?”
Answer -
“I will first understand the genuine reason by interacting with the farmer and counsel him for timely or partial repayment. In distress cases, I will go for rescheduling or restructuring as per RBI norms and link the farmer with crop insurance or government relief. Recovery will be the last option and only in case of willful default.

•If u are working in a particular branch for 2 years and u made a good connection with a farmer and u have previously also provided him a loan for crop and for tractor this time he needs a loan while mortgage his house but he didn’t have a proper documentation of a house will u pass a loan?
