Buyer Responsibilities

All risks, losses, or issues that occur during or after a transaction are the responsibility of the buyer. @Signstock / @Signltc acts only as a middleman for the deal and does not guarantee the future safety, status, or recovery of any account unless warranty is explicitly agreed to before the deal.
Buyers are expected to perform all testing and security checks before confirming a transaction.

Proxy Service Fee

A service fee of 10% (minimum $25) is charged for all proxy transactions.

This fee is non-refundable, including cases where:
the buyer or seller cancels,
the deal fails,
or time is wasted without a valid reason.

This rule exists to prevent timewasting.

Post-Deal Liability

Once a deal is finalized, all responsibility transfers to the buyer. You must ensure the account you purchased cannot be taken back, You hold all responsibilities and @Signstock / @Signltc is not liable for anything including bans, limitations, recoveries or any losses after completion unless warranty has been stated explicitly and agreed before purchased
