You are exactly right @POTUS‼️ and more. Remember HAVA ushered in the machines. Congress can usher them out. None can meet any legitimate certification requirements because none are truly auditable. They count an “image” they create—not the ballots. We must have hand-counted paper ballots and only 1 or 2 days to vote as well as ending mail-in ballots‼️
