The project''s value is determined through asset valuation discussions.

The film is then tokenized as a security, allowing the #filmmakers to keep at least 50% of the tokens and sell the remaining 50% to raise funds. More sales are possible, or even a 100% sale with fully decentralized ownership for funding purposes.

Token securities are sold to investors, and once the specified capitalization amount is reached, all proceeds generated within the platform are automatically deposited into the investor''s wallet.
