Starting with first one, AAVE the king. Super based project, lots of audits, probably safest around. I personally choose supplying on Arbitrum (low fees, one of the best APYs, 16+ % on USDC is damn awesome). Feel free to explore, I'd disperse funds between DAI, USDT and USDC on different chains to diversify the risks. Remember to DYOR! DeFi is still a risk!

Blast has confirmed airdrop in late June so I assume it's not too late, earning points is super simple - bridging to Blast (check Bridge tab) and just holding ETH there already gives some points. a LOT of projects support it. I don't expect drop to be as Arbitrum (I got about 2k USD there I think) but any free money is good, right? To increase your chances check out the Multipliers tab in the Airdrop section, some simple actions like minting a free NFT gives x2 points boost.
