Main Responsibilities:
HR Operations
- Updating employee files.
- Handle all tasks for onboarding, new hire orientation, and exit interviews, including entering data into the HR system
- Assist in communication and participate in the formulation of policies.
- enrolling new members in social insurance (Form 1) and exiting (Form 6).
- Participate in employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.

- Review staff credentials and escalate any policy breaches.

Recruitment
- Collaborates with department managers to identify and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria.

- Identify training needs for employees to ensure that they are adequately equipped to perform their jobs effectively.
- Creates policies and procedures.
- Participate in updating the organizational chart.
Payroll and Rewards
- Handling payroll, paying bonuses and incentives, keeping track of vacation and sick pay, tracking medical reimbursements, and adjusting benefit.
Compensation
- Assisting with the pay structure of the organization.
- Assisting in creating and maintaining salary scales
- Researching compensation trends and reviewing compensation surveys.
- Evaluating compensation policies.
- Ensuring that pay practices are in accordance with Egyptian laws and regulations.
Performance Management

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree from a reputable university major Business, Human Resources, or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in the Human Resources field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent English Language is a MUST.
- Advanced Excel is a plus.
