For above error, please check your network connection:
First, please record down ur user id and password . Take a photo of myiptv screen with the user id before u clear data as below.
u can try go to Setting
(setting from your TV box main page where you connect wifi), not myiptv4k settings) then
> App> MYIPTV4K.. clear data and clear cache.
Then key in ur user and password again to try out.
Also check whether u key in extra empty space in front or behind. Ensure the number correctly key in without any empty space, else will be user and password error.
