Title of Position: Associate (Warehouse), Retail Pharmacy
Job Description and Responsibilities:
β Your responsibilities include monitoring and replenishing stock levels, conducting weekly cycle counts, and participating in annual stocktaking exercises whilst investigating any discrepancies
β You will handle point-of-sale functions, generate invoices and shipping labels for online orders, and coordinate delivery arrangements with logistics providers
β Additionally, you will support new outlet projects by liaising with various departments to coordinate consumables requirements and stock transfers, maintain the online sales platform by ensuring accurate product uploads and pricing verification, and provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to enquiries and resolving complaints
Job Requirements:
β Higher NITEC/NITEC/ GCE N/O/A levels with at least 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in the retail industry
β Conversant in English and a second language
β Able to lift at least 5kg. Daily work involves a lot of physical activity including lifting of stocks, standing and bending
