a. Providing general administrative and clerical support.
b. Processing and preparation of clientsโ policies, including submissions and follow-ups on queries.
c. Managing clientsโ related information and updating of clientsโ particulars.
d. Handling internal & external correspondence, including incoming & outgoing mails, letters, birthday & greeting cards and newsletters.
e. Assisting the associates on issues related to submission, new business and customer service.
f. Assisting the general administration of coaching and reviews for associates.
g. Assisting the creation of PowerPoint slides for presentation for clients, associates and general meetings.
h. Any other duties as assigned.
