thanks for joining, I decided to create this channel for the purpose of sharing behind-the-scenes processes, tips, and things in general so that we can have a stoic focus on art and not get distracted by unnecessary things 😘

And that was the one I enjoyed the most (a curious detail is that besides him wanting to bite his hand, I wanted to express in his hands as if he were "blessing" his people)

It also challenged me to explore something I enjoy the most:
Hair and hands.
Trying to optimize my time as much as possible, soon I will show you some very simple steps on how you can do it much faster and more precisely.

And some important news:
Soon I'll be doing some private live streams here, and it will be in an experimental format, not just modeling and playing music in the background, but exploring more topics, studying, watching videos, and just having fun with art without fear. I'd love for more people to join us for these exchanges of ideas.
For now, the posts will be in English, but I'd love to deliver something exclusive in Russian, Portuguese, and English, regardless of anything else. And I wanted to thank you for your support and affection, you are the best ❤️

I was looking through my gallery and saw that in this case it's the artist Giuseppe Mazzuoli's "Sleeping Diana" (1644-1725). I had the pleasure of seeing his sculpture at MASP in São Paulo in 2021.
that's why I tell everyone to go to these places and take pictures, otherwise you'll forget 😂

Some people ask me how I deal with procrastination.
I usually answer this in live streams or stories, but I decided to write down a simple idea that helps me a lot:
before pressuring yourself to do something you should, know one thing:
"the mental weight is heavier and more painful than the work I'm going to do."
Many times we only suffer in our heads and are afraid. Just go and do it, without trying to be perfect. As soon as at least 10 seconds have passed since the task you should be doing, you will automatically forget how difficult it seemed. And be careful not to laugh at that; sometimes it seems like it will take hours, and it takes 5 minutes
I believe this is just the beginning, but here are 3 things you can do daily, based on neuropsychological principles, to stimulate your brain:
1. Get some sun before work.
2. Take a 15-minute walk around your house.
3. Listen to relaxing music while drinking tea/coffee.
This simple "ritual" literally gives you more vitamin D, normalizes your heart rate, and delivers oxygen directly to your brain.
In today's times, few people truly have this privilege, so if you work from a desktop, don't forget that everything you do on your desktop comes from within, especially your mental health
Don't forget that and have a great day!
