Some people ask me how I deal with procrastination.
I usually answer this in live streams or stories, but I decided to write down a simple idea that helps me a lot:
before pressuring yourself to do something you should, know one thing:
"the mental weight is heavier and more painful than the work I'm going to do."
Many times we only suffer in our heads and are afraid. Just go and do it, without trying to be perfect. As soon as at least 10 seconds have passed since the task you should be doing, you will automatically forget how difficult it seemed. And be careful not to laugh at that; sometimes it seems like it will take hours, and it takes 5 minutes
I believe this is just the beginning, but here are 3 things you can do daily, based on neuropsychological principles, to stimulate your brain:
1. Get some sun before work.
2. Take a 15-minute walk around your house.
3. Listen to relaxing music while drinking tea/coffee.
This simple "ritual" literally gives you more vitamin D, normalizes your heart rate, and delivers oxygen directly to your brain.
In today's times, few people truly have this privilege, so if you work from a desktop, don't forget that everything you do on your desktop comes from within, especially your mental health
Don't forget that and have a great day!

I love knowing that nothing has changed since I was 3 years old, and now I still play with play doh (digital version)

I've recently started focusing more on traditional sculpture, and I can definitely say it's been mind-opening. I recommend everyone try it; understanding that there's no "ctrl+z" and that you have to pay attention to every brushstroke yields very interesting results, both for digital art and other artistic fields. Now, the next step is to sculpt something more solid and start using wood.

As some of you saw in my stories, I'm going to do a free workshop about 3D industry, positioning, social media, rendering, etc., but for now focusing in Portuguese. Soon I'll do something similar in other languages, but regardless, I'd love for everyone to join, even if we don't understand each other, because I'll answer some questions at the end of each live session in both Portuguese and English.
And if you have a friend who would be interested in learning more, Or if you can at least help with promoting the event, I would be very grateful β€οΈ
