– here, i will clarify a few things
about the channel. please read the
rules and how i run this channel so
that you won’t get confused or lost.

↬ this channel is run by one admin
which is @itsfirah so if you have any
questions regarding anything, do
dm the admin or message me

↬ i will not tolerate any joy and
backout buyer so please think first
before you claim. if i found you being
one of these buyers, i won’t hesitate
to block and expose you on social
media.
↬ please check the buyer tracker often so
that you know which item you have
claimed so it would be easier for you
to fill in for the second payment.
↬ if you can’t make the payment within
the time given, do let the admin know
and please provide a reasonable
answer as to why you cannot pay on
time.
↬ hold and combine items
↳ hold items
• i only be able to hold your item
for 1 month max. if you’re unable
to pay the second payment within
a month, then i have no choice but
to up for sale your item. combining
is fine, but if you don’t have any
items with me, then i can hold your
item for 1 month max.
↳ combine items
• i only allow combining up to 6
items/pcs. if you have more than 6
items with me and you’re waiting
for other items to arrive at me, i
suggest you to checkout/join
postage for the on hand items.
this is because there are a lot of
risks such as missing, defect, etc
if i hold your items for a very long
time and i am not going to take
the risks.
↬ no refund will be made for these:
– 3rd party/seller made the mistake of
giving the wrong item.
– fail to make a second payment within
the time given unless the buyer stated
their reason.
– no unboxing video to prove the buyer
received the wrong item.
– seller is a scammer.
– something that is out of my control
ex: item stuck at custom, nature
disasters, etc
↬ make the payment within 24 hours
after the admin post the payment
notice. usually, it applies to the first
payment notice.
↬ i will only be able to do postage
once a week so please don’t rush
me.

① as for now, there is only one available
option for postage which is normal
postage/courier.
② i’ll be using poslaju & jnt as my
courier since i don’t have any
problems with it, unlike the others.
however, if you want to opt for a
different courier, do inform me.
③ duration for payment:
– payment due: 24 hours after
payment notice posted
– late first payment: 1 week max
– late second payment: 2 weeks max
④ you can make the payment using one
of these:
– online banking
– shopeepay
– touch n go (tng)
