BA degree or diploma in hotel management, management, or related fields with experience as front office manager or front office supervisor in three or four-star hotel
Competence:-
- Human relations skill; good human relation skill and ability to deal with people from diverse background
- Language proficiency: good command of spoken and written English is required
- Knowledge of additional national and international languages is desirable
- Computer skills; command of computer applications (Microsoft office package)
- Industry knowledge; good hospitality industry and hotel product knowledge and excellent salesmanship skill
