Diploma in Rural Community Development, Animal Science, Social Work/Community Development, and Livelihood (BSc/BA will be a plus) with experience and understanding of NGOs’ working environment and culture
Competence:-
- Computer literate
- Team player and cultural sensitivity
- Fluency both in English as well as Afan Oromo is a must, knowledge of other local languages is a plus
