Competence:-
- Good experience on design software like Autocad, water cad & related
- Good experience on study, design and implementation of water supply schemes
- Good experience on producing construction specifications, Drawings, bill of quantities & construction schedule of the works to be carried out
- Strong understanding of the humanitarian emergency operating context, including SPHERE, the humanitarian system, donors, security, civil military liaison and program management
- Regional language is an assist
