🤖Conversational AI and Chatbot Engineer, full-time, remote employment (Helsinki)

About the company:
🔸The team creates an intelligent site search solution designed to help eCommerce businesses increase onsite sales and improve the customer online shopping experience.
🔸The company produces mass amounts of data on a daily basis.

Responsibilities:
🔸building knowledge-graphs and QA models from multiple data sources such as catalogues, search activities and open knowledge-basis;
🔸helping in developing natural language understanding models for a variety of languages;
🔸development of chatbot product and overall conversation experiences whereby producing natural language responses using a proprietary eCom knowledge-base;
🔸building AI systems to handle millions of conversations;
🔸working closely with the backend and web engineers to launch features.

Qualifications:
🔸BS or MS degree in Computer Science, Data Science or Maths with 3+ years of professional experience building conversational AI and Chatbot systems;
🔸Experience with deep learning techniques in solving NLP problems for conversational assistants including language modeling, intent classification and entity recognition;
🔸Expertise in some of the key AI/Chatbot platforms (e.g DialogFlow, Microsoft Bot Framework, Amazon Lex);
🔸Experience with Modern NLP libraries such as spaCy, CoreNLP, NLTK, GATE;
🔸Experience with cleaning, processing and annotating data for training NLP models;
🔸Experience in fact extraction, question answering, semantic parsing and natural language generation;
🔸Excellent oral and written communication in English.

Nice to have:
🔸Experience building Alexa skills to integrate existing business applications;
🔸Experience with Linux, git, Docker;
🔸Experience with Neo4J or Grakn;
🔸Experience of working with Solr, Elasticsearch or similar search technology.

Salary:
🔸3000 - 7000 EUR gross
