🔸Generating ideas and special projects within the brand strategy
🔸Researching and updating data on the audience and industry
🔸Understanding and monitoring current product and marketing metrics
🔸Leading a small team
🔸Breaking down the strategy into an actionable operational plan with projects and tasks for the team
🔸Creating an action plan for the upcoming years
🔸Ensuring deadlines are met within the budget and goals
🔸Budgeting approved projects and ensuring they are completed within the approved budgets
🔸Building a contractor database
What we expect from you:
🔸Experience in B2C project management
🔸Ability to autonomously manage projects
🔸Experience working in any foreign market (priority given to the USA)
🔸People management experience
🔸Ability to adapt to the fast pace of a startup
🔸Fluent English
🔸Understanding of funnel-building principles
