We tweeted a couple of days ago (https://x.com/i/status/2061217801012977801) that a lot of loud mouthed copycats were just vibe coded and that it was only a matter of time before they got hacked.

Today one of them got hacked and 700+ user records were leaked from their database.

Sendovex takes user data security seriously.

As outlined in our official docs at docs.sendovex.com, we only collect the information necessary to operate the platform and provide our services. We do not sell user data, and access to user information is restricted to authorized personnel with a legitimate operational need.

Trust is earned through good engineering, not marketing.

Security and privacy are built into Sendovex from day one.

We will also conduct enterprise grade penetration testing on sendovex.com and share the results here.

🔒 Sendovex Security Update
We recently completed an independent infrastructure security scan of sendovex.com using Nessus, an industry-standard vulnerability assessment tool.
Here are the results:

✅ 0 Critical | 0 High | 0 Medium | 0 Low
The scan returned zero exploitable vulnerabilities across all severity levels. The only findings were informational items with no associated risk score.

What this means for you
Our infrastructure has no known unpatched vulnerabilities at the network and server layer. Your funds and data are not exposed through any of the attack vectors this scan covers.

A note on scope
This scan covers our server infrastructure. Smart contract security and application-layer testing are handled separately. We are committed to ongoing security reviews as the platform grows.

- 🏷 Smarter merchant ads — listings auto-hide when a merchant's USD balance hits zero, so you only see active offers
- 🏦 Bank payment verification — CBE and Dashen verified via API, other banks via OCR — faster support resolution
