I have an idea worth billions of ETB/USD. I want you to work for me for free, but I won't share the details because it's worth billions... Ugh seriously.

Just because you're passionate about the business idea it doesn't mean you're going to be successful. Plus, if you want a Developer to be a co-founder, you have to convince them that the idea is worth the money you're talking about since there is a lot of opportunity out there. You have no personal connection with the developer, you're not paying him/her, and you haven't done much research on the product's applicability. How can the developer be part of it?
