πŸ”΅ 1- Some people think that newspapers are the best way to learn about current events. However, others believe that they can learn
news better through other media.
Discuss both views and give your opinion
πŸ”΅There are many ways of learning news and choosing the right method is a contentious argument. Some people believe that newspapers are the best way to learn whereas, some others believe in other forms of media. in the below essay I will elucidate both the standpoints to draw a reasonable conclusion.

Firstly, the use of online platforms grew rapidly with the ultimate advancement in the fields of technology. As a result of these ,inventions the traditional ways of learning were replaced with digital methods. A plethora of modes like television, social networking and radio etc are new sources for information. Besides ,youth today is actively more participating in tech-based modes to study. With the help of ,IT the event happening in one sector is available in the other sector of the world instantly. For example, most of the newspaper publications are now available on the websites and they keep on adding live content to keep it up to date. Therefore, a user in India can any-time read about the happening in the USA or any other part of the world. In addition to that applications like Twitter are widely used for new updates and ongoings everywhere.

Contradictory, reading papers is still considered a good habit. Despite having some cons the benefits of paper media can not be denied completely. Earlier, people used to wait desperately for the delivery of their daily publication to arrive and it was an inevitable element of the breakfast for many. Not only headlines, but there were also editorial parts, events and literature pieces too. Collectively it was beneficial for the students to improve their communication and also to get to know about the globe. However, the reports from the locality were published daily but the international part of the reports was also delayed due to the traditional approach to the resources.

To conclude, both channels of journalism have their own merits and demerits. However, it doesn't seem like modern technology will replace traditional approaches as it has still got a significant role to play. Moreover, the journals and newscast are more reliable as compared to e-communications as it is easy to spread misinformation over the web. One should choose the appropriate option at his/her convenience.
πŸ”΄2- Some claim that men are naturally more competitive than women. To what extent do you agree or disagree?
πŸ”΄There is no doubt that competition is a normal phenomenon for survival. A few people believe that males tend to compete more easily than females. This essay will explain why I strongly hold a contrary opinion.

To begin with, Most women are characteristically envious of anyone, man or woman, who seem to be better than they perceive themselves to be. As a result, they strive to always be a step ahead of their contemporaries. For example, light skinned ladies are envied by a lot of dark skinned women, which has made skin bleaching so popular in societies where most of their woman are black. Reports have also shown that women size up other women at events, public places, and even within families, leading them to want to hike their personality, behaviour, body features and even gears.

Secondly, It is important to consider the stereotype, that Women are weaker vessels, with regards to men. They allotted the second place in the society, denied some particular types of jobs and in some communities, they are not allowed to speak when men talk. This has led to so many women coming together to agree to prove the society wrong. So, when women are given some positions to run, they deal with it with so much aggressiveness and a determination not to fail. This makes females naturally more ambitious. For instance, most women who work in male dominated occupations such as construction, farming, mechanics, etc., tend to have more zeal than the men.

In conclusion, women, due to their generally jealous nature, coupled with the desire to contradict the believe that they are lesser than men, tend to be more highly in rivalry as compared to men.
🟠3- Governments should make people responsible for looking after their own local environment.
Do you agree or disagree?
🟠It is often argued that governments should take the responsibility of making an individual to look after his local environment in which he lives. I feel the primary responsibility of this lies with the individuals. However, governments should support them and provide them guidelines to do it in a more effective way.

To begin, it is clear that most people themselves generate litter in their locality, and as responsible social beings, it is their duty to make necessary arrangements for the waste management in their own environment. It not only benefits their general health, but also reflects their social awareness and civilization.

On the other hand, when governments try to make people responsible in looking after their own premises, individuals might think that something is forced on them, and most people would not take it in a positive way. For example, many governments impose monetary fines on houses those fail to segregate non-biodegradable products such as plastic. In such cases, people are seen dumping these into uninhabited areas or are seen incinerating those.

However, when governments support its citizens by providing scientific guidelines to assist them in keeping their environments clean and tidy, the results would prove better than what we expect. To exemplify, many governments are giving subsidies for houses to set up waste disposal units and provide expert assistance in training people how to generate energy from organic waste. Such initiatives are seen welcomed by the people whole-heartedly rather than abiding legislations.

To conclude, it is clear that individuals should realize that it is one of their fundamental responsibilities to keep their local environments clean. When the authorities support them in doing that rather than forcing them to do so, we can expect better results.
🟣4- There are different methods businesses use to increase their sales. What are the different ways companies use to increase sales?
Which one is the most effective?
🟣Nowadays, there are distinct business techniques focus on boosting sales levels, such as marketing and innovation. In this essay, I am going to explain how they can be helpful, and then justify why I believe enterprises that are innovative achieve the most expressive results in sales.

There are two principal methods used by companies to boost their revenues, which are advertising and new launches of goods. Nearly every major enterprise reserves a substantial portion of its budget for television advertisements, as well as, billboards. For instance, Starbucks invests millions of dollars in marketing announcements every year in order to be well-known among consumers. Furthermore, the introduction of new products stimulates a large number of sales because this provokes a strong desire of purchasing an item totally unknown until then . A good illustration of this is the electrical vehicle launched by Tesla in 2002. This unique product was responsible for more than 80% of all Tesla income in that year.

Although advertising can be extremely persuasive, there is no substitute for a truly revolutionary and unique item. The best example of this would be the most successful consumer electronics product in history, the iPhone. This edge-cutting device allowed users to make innovative activities, such as check email, and use the internet from their phones. Since there is no rival for sharing market, the company’s sales tripled.

In conclusion, the majority of businesses utilize advertising and constantly new products developing as strategies to increase their transactions, being the last the most effective method. From my point of view, companies should balance both techniques, prioritizing new ideas as much as they can in order to achieve accordingly financial results.
βšͺ5- Many young people today know more about international pop or movie stars than about famous people in the history of their own country. Why is this?
What can be done to increase young people’s interest in famous people in the history of their country?
βšͺ️Young people now tend to get to know celebrities like pop stars and international cinema, they have little information about historical people in their country. This essay will present possible causes of this trend as well as the appropriate solutions to improve the situation.

Firstly, thanks to the boom in entertainment, young people can know more famous people from other countries. Young people may easily be looking for information about them on social networking sites, especially Facebook, Instagram or online media. Moreover, young people find interesting songs and comedies, relieving them from stress after a day of studying and working. Therefore, they increasingly approach and enjoy the movie songs with catchy melodies of international artists.

On the other hand, there are a few ways to improve people's knowledge of famous people from the past in the country where they were born. Some historical films which are performed by some famous artists that residents' idols to introduce some historical people, are produced by a number of filmmakers, to help history reach the teenagers easily. In addition, instead of learning to remember the dates, teachers' names and events can prepare many vivid images and some historical excerpts to help students learn and remember easily. That creates interest in learning about historical figures. Some start-up companies put historical figures in games so children can learn while playing does not create learning pressure.

In conclusion, although young people these days do not pay as much attention to history as they do to celebrities, this problem can be dealt with by several suggested solutions.
🟑6- Some people say that it is possible to tell a lot about a person’s culture and character from their choice of clothes.
Do you agree or disagree?
🟑Many people believe that selection of clothes reveals the culture and personality of an individual to a huge extent. Clothes are the representation of a person's character and relation to the environment. I strongly agree with this topic and this essay will discuss any relevant agreements with examples.

First of all, it is the reality that clothes choice depends on the ones belonging and attachment. I mean to say that if a person following some religion, then one must wear according to that attachment. For example, people from different countries wear different clothes according to their country tradition. As a result, it depicts the belonging to a unique characteristic.

Secondly, clothes also illustrate the class of a person in term of money. To be more precise, rich people used to wear costly, stylish and branded clothes. For instance, an employee of in a local company cannot buy classy clothes due their high prices. So, clothes are the mirror of the person's class.

However, it is not always true because sometimes people tend to imitate another. Moreover, individuals try to follow their favourite actor or actress. The peoples want to look like their favourit star. This is how, peoples are not expressing their own character.

In conclusion, it is true that individual personality has a great influence on their choice. I agree that clothing really contribute to the mindset of a person. It is recommended that people tend to improve their personality according to their own thinking, not to copy others.
⚫️7- Many claim that the fast food industry had a negative effect on the environment, eating habits, and families.
To what extend do you agree or disagree?
⚫️In the present day, the fast-food industry has become increasingly popular among people of all ages resulting in negative consequences. Although some health organizations try to solve this situation, the influence of fast food can lead to strength disorders, environmental problems, and other cons in a long term. For these reasons, I totally agree with this assumption. From my point of view, governments and authorities ought to promote healthy habits in society.

First and foremost, the high consumption of fast food increases proportionately the risk of diseases not only problems related to the physical body but also mental health. Moreover, the presence of health disorders can affect children resulting in consequences in adulthood. For instance, some international research demonstrates that the consumption of two or three servings of french fries during the weekend increases seven times the risk of stroke and other heart diseases. The more unhealthy diet, the worst hassles to the health of people.

Secondly, the consumption of fast food is responsible for a massive usage of single-use plastic and plastic package. Furthermore, the pollution of the environment can reach not only rivers and oceans but also a huge accumulation of waste in the floors, nature and streets. Take some beaches as examples, the number of plastic bottles disposed of by tourists is uncountable. Therefore, people need to have aware of the situation to tackle this problem.

Finally, when families or friends opt for fast food they are saving time rather than preparing the ingredients at home. Certainly, depending on the situation can be a good alternative, however, families should appreciate the moments together to prepare healthy food resulting in memorable moments with families and friends. In addition, these moments can avoid mental disorders such as depression and anxiety since a work-life balance is essential to a healthy life.

In conclusion, currently, we are living in a fast-paced world where fast food is a great idea to save time, however, the drawbacks can affect a variety of fields. Taking care of health ought to be a priority for everyone and to promote this idea, governments should invest in educational campaigns to influence individuals.
