The event brings together motivated students interested in Artificial Intelligence and Natural Sciences to solve challenging problems, exchange ideas, and learn from experienced mentors.

Today, I would like to inform you that registration for both participants and volunteers will be closing very soon.

We have extended the volunteer registration deadline and will accept 10 more volunteers. Registration for volunteers will remain open until 12:00 AM on September 2, 2026.

Registration for participants will remain open until 12:00 PM on September 4,2026. The payment deadline is 8:00 PM on September 4, 2026.

Please, note that participants who do not complete their payment by the deadline will not be added to the groups where the first round will be conducted.
And unfortunately, those who miss the registration or payment deadline will not be able to join the project afterward.

We kindly encourage everyone who is planning to participate to complete their registration completely as soon as possible.

We have noticed that the volunteer registration link may sometimes stop working properly. If you experience any issues while trying to register as a volunteer and would like to join us, please contact @Scientificdata_symposium or @not_fey directly.

As a kind reminder, people who have already registered as participants cannot switch to the volunteer position.

For our registered participants, we kindly ask you to complete your payment as soon as possible. Places are limited, and in some departments, the number of registered participants has already exceeded the available capacity. Therefore, delaying your payment may result in losing your place.
