⚠️Pennsylvania is running the country’s largest black-fly aerial larvicide program — and separately truck-fogging neurotoxic pyrethroid adulticides — across multiple counties simultaneously affected by its emergency measles response, in the same weeks that response is targeting the Amish community with pop-up MMR clinics. The West Nile disease numbers cited to justify the adulticide fogging do not survive scrutiny against the state’s own surveillance data. Nobody in state government has explained the concurrence.

⚠️A 502-page rewrite of Pennsylvania’s disease rules would dramatically expand state authority over schools, homes, farms, funerals, movement, medical records and quarantine.

And one of the communities standing most exposed is the Amish — culturally isolated, largely offline, politically quiet, and among the least equipped to fight a modern regulatory machine.

That is precisely why the rest of America should be paying attention.

Because the real question isn’t simply what Pennsylvania can do to the Amish.

It’s what precedent is created when extraordinary public-health powers are tested against a population least able to resist them.

ZDogg MD is the online persona of Dr. Zubin Damania, a U.S. internist, comedian, and content creator.

He has a big platform and an equally big mouth

The video on the left is a compilation of his online ranting about "anti-vaxxers", published in the past few years.

He hatred for non vaccinators is heated, prolific and vehement.
Statements such as:

• “fixed delusion… almost a DSM-5 diagnosis”
• “shame the living crap out of them”
• “never stop silencing them… they don’t get a platform, they are done”
• “should be fired for actually ever holding these beliefs”
• equated anti-vaxxers with racists
• called a mother “freaking insane, crazy”
• “every missile… shame, ridicule, scorn… shaming them off of the internet”

Fast forward to 2026 (video on the right) and he is seen chewing the fat with former Director of the Center for Biologics Evaluation and Research (CBER), Dr Vinay Prasad.

ZDogg states:

"THERE ARE NO VAXXERS AND ANTI-VAXXERS. THEY'RE JUST PEOPLE TRYING TO DO THE RIGHT THING FOR THEMSELVES AND THEIR KIDS"
