群聊显示，国防部长赫格塞思在美东时间3月15日11时44分发送了包括战机起飞时间，预定打击时间的信息。此时距离首架战机起飞还有31分钟，距离打击开始还有2小时1分钟。戈德堡表示，如果信息被美国敌对势力获取，胡塞武装就有时间应对美军突袭。
总统国家安全事务助理华尔兹13时48分发送了有关袭击现场的实时情报。当天晚些时候，赫格塞思在群组中表示，袭击将继续进行。
