The Year of the Fire Horse has begun - a time of movement, courage, and fresh energy.
Let’s start this new cycle together and activate the body through music and conscious dance.
Ecstatic Dance is a guided dance journey where movement becomes meditation. The evening opens with gentle grounding, flows into an expressive dance experience, and closes with deep rest and integration. Dancing barefoot, without phones, alcohol, or substances, we create a clear and respectful space for presence and connection.
No choreography.
No pressure.
Just listening to your body and letting energy move freely.
A beautiful way to reset, release stress, and step into the new year with vitality and clarity.
