Your Challenge
Fluence node is a Rust implementation of a Fluence peer that combines everything together to provide a reliable, performant, and flexible solution. It links a libp2p connection pool with WebAssembly services using async-std (considering a switch to Tokio), which makes the code quite modular and lightweight.
You will join the team responsible for the Rust Fluence peer implementation, as well as the Fluence-operated pool of such peers. Your primary language will be Rust, you will contribute to the existing codebase as well as design and implement new projects. Among your tasks would be designing and implementing parts of the Fluence protocol, optimizing the p2p networking, diving into rust-libp2p and implementing distributed security protocols.

Мы делаем no-code решение, чтобы им пользовались миллионы людей по всему миру. В графическом интерфейсе пользователи настраивают автоматические сбор, обработку и отправку своих данных, чем экономят своё время.
Обязанности:
- Создание эффективного (по потребляемым ресурсам RAM, CPU, подсистем IO) бэка по обработке потоков данных пользователей на языке Rust для работы в составе горизонтально масштабируемой high-load системы на базе Node.js.
- Относительно быстрая разработка начального good enough решения для MVP (ожидаем: прототип - недели, доведение функционала достаточного для МVP - месяцы), последующая оптимизация и расширение функционала на горизонте нескольких лет.
- Есть команда из отличных специалистов (фронт, бэк, аналитика, DevOps), но вы будете первым (и какое-то время единственным) специалистом на Rust. Так что вы обязаны уметь самостоятельно решать Rust специфичные проблемы.
- Участие в разработке общей архитектуры проекта.
- После запуска MVP при выявлении узких мест функционала на Node.js - если это не решается доработкой архитектуры проекта, то решение проблемы на Rust.
- Всё, что требуется для создания и подержания высококачественной кодовой базы (по мере необходимости unit и e2e автоматические тесты, настройка СI\CD, ведение внутренней документации проекта). Есть хороший DevOps в помощь для настройки GitLab, но качество кода - это ваша ответственность. В команде нет телепата, чтобы вместо вас фиксировать причины, по которым приняты решения по реализации. Всё это без фанатизма, в рамках разумного (мы готовы услышать вашу аргументацию в ту или иную сторону).

- Аналогично с сетевым взаимодействием (хотя бы с парой из Actix, warp, salvo, axum, hyper или другими лидерами TechEmpower's Framework Benchmarks). С вас обоснование выбора фреймворка для начальной реализации.
- Понимание архитектуры x86 для создания кэш-эффективных программ с использованием SIMD.
- Знание алгоритмов и структур данных, паттернов и анти-паттернов разработки и проектирования, опыт их применения.
- Умение читать, говорить и писать, отстаивать свою точку зрения перед командой, принимать решение команды, если оно не совпало с вашим, признавать ошибки и не допускать повторения тех же самых ошибок, поддерживать комфортную рабочую атмосферу. * Хорошее знание “C”
* Хорошее знание “Rust” и его экосистемы
* Опыт работы с rust::std (async/await, macros), futures, tokio.
* Понимание принципов клиент-серверного взаимодействия (HTTPS, REST API, Websockets)
* Знание OS Linux на уровне администратора
* Знание основ работы баз данных
* Хороший английский: обсуждения и code review проходят на нем (имеется ввиду переписка)
* Готовность писать качественный и понятный открытый код — будет кстати опыт открытой разработки
