- Хорошее знание Rust и опыт коммерческой разработки на нем;
- Опыт разработки на Substrate;
- Хорошее понимание децентрализованных технологий, криптографии, алгоритмов консенсуса;
- Знание основ computer science, базовых структур данных и алгоритмов; способность оценивать скорость работы алгоритмов
- Подтвержденный опыт работы со смарт-контрактами;

🔹Будет плюсом:
- Опыт работы с AWS
- Умение пользоваться Docker
- Опыт работы с ipfs

🔹Условия работы:
- ищем на полную удаленку, есть офис в центре Москвы недалеко от метро (Тверская/Пушкинская);
- гибкое время начала рабочего дня;
- полностью белая зарплата и оформление по ТК РФ (можно ИП)
- в процессах разработки используем scrum, code review, ci/cd, тесты;
- оплата курсов и конференций.
