We're looking for the Rust developers to join our team, which will create a new FinTech platform for one of the main B2B players in the European market. Our customer is delivering a whole range of e-money services for B2B clients in Europe and is based in Luxemburg and Munich. At the moment they're starting to build a new platform, which will connect all existing and upcoming in-house services and enable third-party suppliers to join the platform.
The technical challenge is to balance between the right design and the fast delivery of early concepts. The core of the platform will be created with Rust with mocks written in Go. So that's why we're looking for Senior developers, with a strong knowledge of Rust and distributed systems. The whole system will be Linux-based, so knowledge of Linux is a must. For senior developers it will be an interesting opportunity to work with a strong team of the fast-growing fintech product.

PROJECT:
We are looking for an experienced Software Engineer to join the Rust team that develops one of the top ten Blockchain ecosystems.
As a Software Engineer you are responsible for writing high-quality code for one of the exciting projects (e.g.developing Ethereum Virtual Machine component or privacy-preserving voting protocol).
Requirements (must have):
✔️ 1-2 years of development experience using Rust. If you have development experience using C/C++ but with the ability to demonstrate a good knowledge of Rust (professional or otherwise) you will also be considered.
✔️Experience working with Git and Git workflow
✔️Practical experience with Agile software development methods
✔️ Knowledge of functional and polymorphism programming paradigms
✔️Distributed system and network development, knowledge of asynchronous programming paradigms,especially as applied in the Rust ecosystem
Bonus (nice to have):
✔️Experience in developing cryptography protocols would be a bonus as would Blockchain experience
✔️Languages: Good communication skills in verbal and written English (min B2 level).
