About Neon Labs
Neon Labs has ported the Ethereum Virtual Machine to the Solana blockchain. Neon EVM enables dApps to harness advantages from both blockchains: Ethereum in terms of tools used, and Solana in terms of low gas fees, high throughput and liquidity. We are working closely with the Solana core team.

Your Skills and Qualifications
Extensive experience with a compiled language (Rust, C/C++, Golang).
Solid experience in core blockchain protocols design
Deep knowledge of scaling solutions like optimistic and zero-knowledge-based rollups, sidechains, and state channels (your advantage)
Ability to read and understand research papers, analyze the tradeoffs, and offer new and improved solutions
Passionate about solving real-world problems that impact the present blockchain space
Interest in learning the latest technology
Ability to work with different programming languages and tools


Your Tasks
Research the existing Layer 2 solutions
Design reliable and maintainable Layer 2 solutions
Provide Proof of Concept implementation
Write high-quality research papers that can be used for the development process and can be published
Contribute to the design and specifications of future versions of Neon Labs products

Протокол блокирует криптовалюту в оригинальном блокчейне и выпускает sToken в другой сети в соотношении 1:1. При возвращении криптовалюты в оригинальный блокчейн компании сжигает синтетические токены.

Требуемые навыки и опыт:

- Опыт работы с Rust от 3-х лет
- Опыт написания контрактов для Solana от 1 года
- Опыт работы с реляционными и нереляционными базами данных, системами массового обслуживания
- Опыт работы на крупномасштабной платформе, обрабатывающей большие объемы пропускной способности данных
- Отличное знание сетевых коммуникаций
- Понимание алгоритмов криптографии, концепции блокчейна будут преимуществом
- Понимание работы алгоритмов консенсуса блокчейна будет преимуществом

Задачи:

- Построение распределенной сети узлов обработки
- Работа над сетевой коммуникацией, консенсусом и синхронизацией между узлами
- Просмотр и тестирование кода коллег
- Написание смарт-контрактов
