Что нужно:
• Заниматься разработкой прошивок для камер видеонаблюдения (Flussonic Iris).
• Управлять разработкой.
• Координировать задачи из трех источников: развитие продукта (роадмап), внедрению у выделенных клиентов и поддержке/исправлению дефектов.
• Повысить прозрачность и предсказуемость скорости и надежности разработки.

Стек: Rust, Docker, C, Python, Gitlab CI.

Что необходимо:
• Умение выстраивать работу нацеленную на результат с его внедрением и демонстрацией.
• Иметь соответствующий и подтвержденный опыт руководства командой. Мы ищем человека, который принесет нам новый опыт и научится чему-то новому от нас.
• Умение выстраивать командную работу с людьми, в том числе удаленными. Уметь нанимать людей.
• Уметь внедрять нововведения мягко, неразрушающе, но уверенно.
• Иметь навыки работы с гибкими методиками управления: Scrum, Kanban.

Gateway Engineer (internship)

We are looking for a Gateway Engineer for one of the top companies in the field of HFT. We value talent, deep knowledge, critical thinking, openness and courtesy in communication.
This is a paid internship with possible employment in our company after successful graduation. During the internship (3-4 months), you will have the opportunity to perform real business tasks and gain new knowledge in the field of High-Frequency Trading. You will be busy with our tasks for 4-5 hours a day, so you can combine this internship with another job.

Responsibilities:

1. Given high-level business and technical requirements, discuss all the related details with trading/devops teams, design architecture of trading platform gateways for maximum reliability and performance;
2. Research and reverse-engineer exchange external APIs to find undocumented ways to achieve fastest communication;
3. Implement proposed solutions using Rust programming language and low-level optimization techniques up to saving CPU cycles and avoiding cache miss;
4. Ensure quality, reliability and performance of developed solutions using automated (unit, integration, performance) and manual testing;
5. Document implemented modules;
6. Communicate with peer teams on integrations, deployment and support of implemented solutions;
7. Maintain and improve implemented connectors according to business needs and feedback.

Skills and Experience:

- 1+ years of experience in development (Rust or C++);
- Interest in the field of trading or any experience of independent trading.
- Understanding of computer systems and software architecture - Linux OS, networks, data structures and algorithms, parallel programming;
- Degree in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics;

Self-motivated, with strong analytical and problem solving skills;
English for reading technical documentation (B1-B2).

We are looking for an experienced Rust developer to participate in a client project from Belgium. The company is a leading European creator of algorithmic trading technology in the digital asset space, one of Belgium’s fastest-growing fintech companies. Was founded in 2017 and has quickly grown from 3 to over 60 people today, half of which work remotely around the globe.

Experience and Background
• At least 3 years of professional experience in programming; • Rust ; • Experience working with SQL databases; • Familiarity with functional or component testing of services; • Experience building REST and Websocket API clients; • Basic understanding of how to sign an encrypted request; • Ideally, experience building clients that consume streaming data; • Deep understanding of the full web technology stack (e.g. HTTP, cookies, asset loading, caching, REST, etc); • Basic understanding of the financial market, order books and trading; • Ideally, previous experience interacting with crypto exchanges APIs; • Knowledge of Node.js on top of Rust is a strong plus.

• We are looking for a backend developer to support the growth of our infrastructure and maintain, which is based on an exciting and constantly evolving technology stack. It currently includes Rust, Node.js, Python, PostgreSQL (TimescaleDB), Kubernetes and plenty more; • Your mission would be to develop new features, integrate thirty party APIs, support the development of trading algorithms and propose improvements to our current infrastructure. An ideal candidate has experience in developing low-latency trading systems, is passionate about algo trading and crypto and is a low-level system thinker;
• We are not a blockchain company per se and as such, blockchain development experience is not significant nor sought after by us. Our software is blockchain agnostic and it could be deployed on any type of assets, not limited to blockchain-based assets. We do however welcome blockchain engineers, especially those passionate about trading, as it generally indicated passion for the industry which we value;
• We are open for exquisite developers, experienced in other languages (C++, Java, Go or similar) and passionate about low-latency, low-level trading systems who have just recently started their journey with Rust and need to master it;
• We provide training and materials and space to learn. For these profiles we will initially offer slightly decreased package to compensate for our investment in teaching and will increase it to regular level after 3-6 months from joining when proficiency in Rust and full productivity is reached.
