There are some professional tips I can give you:
1. You can send a voice message here.
2. If you are shy to send a voice message in a public group, you can create a private Telegram channel and send voice messages there.
3. Recording voice messages on your phone.
4. Making videos about everything you want to talk about. You don't have to show your face.
5. Talking to people who have a good of command English. At least you can learn something new from them.

The words "нет" and "не" are used in different contexts and have different meanings in Russian. Here are the main differences:
1. "Не" is a particle that is used for negation. It is placed before verbs, adjectives, adverbs and whole sentences to express negation.
Еxamples:
- Я не знаю.
- Он не хороший человек.
- Мы не пойдем сегодня.
2. "Нет" is a word that denotes the absence of something or a negative answer. It is used when we talk about the absence of objects, phenomena, and so on.
- Examples:
- У меня нет денег.
- Тут нет людей.
- Вы хотите мороженое? - Нет.
In general, "не" is used to deny, and "нет" is used to indicate the absence of something or as an answer to a question.
