Editing
Nudging back/forward by the next largest value is functioning again when a selection is not present (PT-274494)

Installer
The Pro Tools plug-In folder is no longer 'Read Only' for Admin accounts after installation on macOS (PT-276034)

UI
Color Palette presets can be saved without any permissions issues on macOS (PT-274720)
White borders no longer appear on Show/Hide channels dialog in non-English languages (PT-274621)

Video
Fixed issue where video clips with non-integer frame rates would not align with timeline frame boundaries if the session start was not zero (PT-275297/PT-275243/PT-275483)
Video Engine can be enabled on non-Admin systems without needing to enable on an admin account first (UME-1631)
Session open time has been improved for sessions with many video files (PT-274719)
Fixed an issue that prevented the import of video by dragging from macOS Finder (PT-274469)
