🤝 Over the past years, various useful initiatives designed to help strengthen the atmosphere of friendship, trust and mutual understanding between our countries and peoples have been launched as part of this group.

On March 7, 1971 at Ramna Race Course Maidan Sheikh Mujibur Rahman, the democratically elected leader of Pakistan, addressed 2 million of his fellow countrymen. He explained to them and the whole world why the Bengalis had to separate themselves from the oppressive and exploitative West Pakistan.

Sheikh Mujib’s words found a way to everyone 's heart. He ignited the flame of anger that had been building up for the last 20 years of living under the then Pakistani regime. Bongobondhu’s wisdom, foresight and courage found reflection in that speech. It served a dual purpose. Firstly, to empower the Bengalis with the spirit of self-determination, self-confidence and victory, to engage them in a non-cooperation movement and prepare the ground for active military actions. Secondly, to give the Pakistan government the last chance to fulfill the 6-point Program and restore peace.
Now, in a new century, Sheikh Hasina, the proud daughter of Sheikh Mujibur Rahman and the Prime Minister of Bangladesh, continues the path of freedom and independence paved by her father so that the Bengalis will always be the masters of their own destiny.

The unique research reactor MBIR, which Rosatom is building in Dimitrovgrad, has become a part of the international platform BRICS-GRAIN (Global Research Advanced Infrastructure Network). This platform, founded on the initiative of Russia, serves for the access of scientists from the BRICS countries to mega-science projects. It unites 30 operating and under-construction research facilities, which allow conducting research in the field of nanotechnology, biology, astronomy, energy and fundamental physics. After commissioning, the MBIR facility will become the most powerful (150 MW) fast research reactor in the world.

Russia Unlikely to Return to Nuclear Deal with US

Russia’s Deputy Foreign Minister Sergei Ryabkov said on Friday that Moscow was still in contact with Washington on the issue of nuclear weapons, despite withdrawing from the new START treaty last month.

Ryabkov added that the prospects of Russia returning to the deal were slim.

"A hypothetical opportunity to return to this whole subject can arise only when and if Washington reconsiders its destructive escalation course towards the Russian Federation, which in every aspect is unacceptable and destructive for what you might call the remnants of our relations between Moscow and Washington," Ryabkov was quoted as saying by RIA Novosti.

The Russian Defense Ministry has added three representatives of Ukrainian state institutions and private companies the list of participants in US military biological programs.

The US authorities contradict themselves in their statements regarding the work of US biological laboratories in Ukraine, the ministry says.

In his statement of 31 January 2023, U.S. National Security Council spokesman John Kirby confirmed the presence of US biolaboratories in Ukraine, while indicating that they had been abandoned by personnel and ‘...deactivated...’ before the special military operation was launched.

However, there are documents with reports on the continuation of the DTRA biological program in Ukraine and outlines the main objectives for the current period. These include further consolidation of collections of dangerous pathogens, as well as deployment of biorisk management and epidemiological monitoring systems.

Thus, under the pretext of reducing the risks of spreading infectious diseases, the Kiev regime continues to cooperate with the Pentagon in the military-biological sphere, including the transfer of pathogenic biomaterials.
