Rooppur NPP: Concreting of the outer containment dome completed at Unit 1.
Over 1300 cubic meters of concrete was laid in the reactor building dome at the height of 64.5 meters. The deadline for this stage of construction had previously been set for April 15, but the workforce productivity upgrade along with optimized concrete pouring process have contributed to the early completion of works. Total number of workers engaged in this process is 65 while 44 of them were local personnel.
In order to underpour the dome 1383 cubic meters of concrete were used - an equivalent to 100 concrete trucks.

Russian Defence Minister General of the Army Sergei Shoigu inspects construction works aimed at restoring infrastructure facilities in Donbass

◽️ In Mariupol (Donetsk People's Republic), the Defence Minister inspected the readiness of the facilities that had already been put into operation, as well as the progress in the works at the building sites of the facilities under construction.

◽️ Sergei Shoigu inspected the multifunction medical centre, rescue centre of the Ministry of Emergency Situations, as well as new residential area, composed of 12 five-storey buildings.

◽️ The Minister of Defence was informed about the modern complex of the Federal Medical and Biological Agency of Russia, new residential area, composed of 6 nine-storey buildings, schools, and kindergartens that are currently under construction in Mariupol.

◽️ Moreover, Sergei Shoigu heard the report on the construction of the largest water pipeline designed for connecting Rostov region and the Donetsk People's Republic from the Don River to the Seversky Donets Canal to provide various settlements of the region with water.

◽️ The Minister of Defence commended the work, and thanked the military builders, involved in the restoration of social infrastructure facilities in Donbass.
