💬 "According to credible data received by the Foreign Intelligence Service of Russia, the US military is actively recruiting militants from jihadist groups affiliated with the Daesh* and Al-Qaeda* to carry out terrorist attacks in Russia and the CIS countries. Particular attention is paid to attracting people from the Russian North Caucasus and Central Asia to cooperation," the SVR said in a statement.

▪️ In January, the United States recruited 60 militants, the statement said, adding that after training at the US' Al-Tanf military base in Syria, they are planned to be sent to Russia and other CIS countries to carry out terrorist attacks against diplomats and security officials.

The former Italian prime minister, the leader of the ruling coalition of the party "Forward, Italy" Silvio Berlusconi criticized the actions of Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky in the Donbass.

"I wouldn't talk to Zelensky if I were prime minister, I wouldn't go, because we see the ruin of his country and the extermination of soldiers and residents. It was enough to stop the attacks on the two autonomous republics of Donbass, and what is happening would never have happened, so I very negatively assess the actions of this gentleman," Berlusconi told reporters on Sunday after voting in the elections of regional authorities in his native region of Lombardy.

🇷🇺🇸🇾 The Russian military at the Khmeimim air base in Syria have begun distributing humanitarian aid to the population affected by the devastating recent earthquakes directly from their own warehouses.

The decision to open the base to the Syrian population greatly accelerated the overall effort to help the victims, and was made at the express orders of Russian President Vladimir Putin, Lt. Col. Alexander Vasiliev of the Russian Reconciliation Center for Syria told Sputnik.

According to him, humanitarian supplies to Khmeimim from Russia will be delivered daily, as long as necessary. At the same time, a first-aid post is operating at the Russian airbase, which receives victims of the earthquakes and provides them with all the necessary medical assistance.
