💬 20 января на военной базе США в германском Рамштайне состоялось восьмое заседание так называемой Контактной группы по оборонному Содействию Украине. Итоги этой сходки однозначно свидетельствуют о полной безответственности Запада и стремлении к дальнейшей эскалации конфликта. Натовские страны подтвердили, что будут наращивать поставки Киеву современных тяжёлых наступательных вооружений.

Удивительно, как одни и те же люди [Генеральный секретарь НАТО Й.Столтенберг] умудряются говорить, что они «не являются стороной конфликта», поскольку они «не собираются направлять пехоту и самолёты». А танки поставлять можно? Я пытаюсь найти какую-то логику, какой-то смысл. Это преступное лицемерие.
Страны-члены НАТО при его активном содействии и координации поставляют Киеву вооружения, военную технику, обучают военнослужащих вооруженных сил Украины, накачивают Украину деньгами, лишь бы она продолжала боевые действия против нашей страны.

26 января заместитель Министра иностранных дел Российской Федерации С.В.Вершинин с участием представителей заинтересованных российских ведомств и компаний провёл очередной раунд очных консультаций с делегацией ООН во главе с Генеральным секретарём Конференции ООН по торговле и развитию (ЮНКТАД) Р.Гринспан.
Состоялся развернутый обмен мнениями по всем вопросам выполнения Меморандума Россия-ООН по нормализации отечественного сельхозэкспорта. Собеседники подтвердили «пакетный» характер подписанных в Стамбуле 22 июля 2022 г. соглашений – «черноморской инициативы» по вывозу украинского зерна и российско-ооновского Меморандума, – что предполагает их взаимоувязанную реализацию.
С российской стороны особо отмечалась нерешённость проблемы блокирующего эффекта односторонних санкций США и ЕС, несмотря на все декларативные заявления Вашингтона, Брюсселя и Лондона о якобы нераспространении их рестрикций на агросектор.
По факту же из-за нарушенных в результате санкций финансовых и транспортно-логистических цепочек, запретительных ставок страхования в прошлом году остались недопоставленными на мировые рынки несколько миллионов тонн российских удобрений и продовольствия, что стало одной из причин сохранения завышенных цен на них, прежде всего на аммиак.
Это, в свою очередь, привело к тому, что богатые страны нарастили объемы своих закупок, а бедные государства начали сталкиваться не только с кризисом ценовой доступности сельхозпродукции, но и с её физическим дефицитом.
Кроме того, было выражено общее мнение, что без нормализации российского экспорта зерновых и удобрений имеющиеся угрозы в сфере глобальной продовольственной безопасности продолжат усугубляться и нарастать, что идет вразрез с заявленными целями Стамбульских «пакетных» соглашений по их снижению и помощи наиболее уязвимым странам.

🇷🇺Russian Embassy in Denmark Condemns Quran Burning in Front of Its Consular Department
ZURICH (Sputnik) - The Russian Embassy in Denmark said on Friday that it condemns the burning of the Quran that took place in front of the embassy's consular department in Copenhagen.
"On January 27, a series of blasphemous actions took place to burn the Quran, a book sacred to Muslims, in front of the building of the consular department of the Russian Embassy in Denmark," the diplomatic mission said on Telegram.
The embassy noted that public mockery of the feelings of believers, condoned by Danish authorities, is not a manifestation of freedom of speech and democracy, "but a rude and ignorant provocation designed to incite inter-religious discord and inter-civilizational conflict."
Such political actions should not happen again in the future and all perpetrators should be brought to justice, the embassy added.

▪️Whilst in Kiev some days ago, former UK Prime Minister Boris Johnson added his voice to the score of self-revealing public statements by European politicians that confirm the intentional double-dealing and procrastination by Western states on the issue of a negotiated settlement on Donbass in 2014-2022.
▪️We regret that forgeries, fraud and falsification have become an inalienable part of the Western foreign policy toolbox. This is as ugly as it gets. These methods run counter to the objective of building stable European security, unless the goal is actually the notorious “rules-based world order” NATO and the EU are so fond of.
▪️As for Mr Johnson, we call on him to never forget that thousands of innocent civilians of Donbass have become victims of his and his colleagues’ “diplomatic charade”.

⚡️ On 28 January, at about 7.30 a.m., the Ukrainian Armed Forces launched an intentional attack, using rocket-propelled projectiles of U.S.-manufactured HIMARS multiple-launch rocket system, on the building of district hospital in Novoaydar (Lugansk People's Republic).
◽️ The healthcare facility of Novoaydar was the venue where civilian and military professionals had been providing medical aid to local population and servicemen for many months.
◽️ The impact of the rockets with high-explosive fragmentation warheads has resulted in killing 14 and injuring 24 patients and medical employees of the hospital.
◽️ All the victims are being provided with professional medical aid.
◽️ The intentional missile strike, launched at the obviously known operating civilian healthcare facility, is an undoubted heinous war crime of the Kiev regime.
◽️ All the accomplices will be found and brought to justice for planning and implementing this crime.

NATO State ‘Modeling Cyber Strikes’ On Russian Infrastructure — Moscow
Britain has been modeling cyberattacks on Russia’s critical infrastructure, the country’s deputy foreign minister, Oleg Syromolotov, said on Saturday. He added that the simulated hacks included energy facilities and were conducted under NATO guidance.
The deputy minister stated that foreign actors’ attempts to hack Russian government entities have “increased by two to three times” over the last year.
Syromolotov was reacting to a story published by The Times last month, in which Lt. Gen. Tom Copinger-Symes, the deputy commander of the UK’s strategic command, was quoted as saying the National Cyber Force was seeking to recruit people with Russian degrees.

Inaugurated by the country’s President Joao Lourenco, the station’s main task is to monitor the activity of the satellite “ANGOSAT 2,” launched in October 2022 with the help of Russia.
🗣 “With the launch of this satellite and its commissioning, Angola will win in all services, so we will improve our telecommunications and our social communication and will also benefit from this important project,” the president said.
Lourenco pointed out that his government will continue making “further investments to ensure that our telecommunications contribute to the development of the country and the services of our economy.”
The southern African country launched its first satellite “ANGOSAT 1” in December 2017 with the help of a Russian rocket, but the satellite run out of control as soon as it entered orbit.

🔹 Россия и Индия тридцать лет назад подписали Договор о дружбе и сотрудничестве, но и сейчас его принципы сохраняют актуальность для координации подходов по самому широкому спектру вопросов повестки дня, особенно учитывая, что в текущих условиях значение Индии для России как ключевого международного партнёра будет только усиливаться.
🔹 В качестве ключевых механизмов действуют две межправительственные комиссии – по торгово-экономическому, научно-техническому и культурному сотрудничеству, а также по военному и военно-техническому взаимодействию. Работает двусторонняя Межпарламентская комиссия. В 2021 году дан старт диалогу в формате "2+2" на уровне министров иностранных дел и обороны.
🔹 Высокий статус двусторонних отношений характеризуется успешным ходом сотрудничества по уникальным высокотехнологическим проектам. В их числе – сооружение на юге Индии по российскому дизайну АЭС "Куданкулам". Россия остаётся единственной страной, которая на практике выполняет договорённости с Индией в области мирного атома, укрепляя индийский энергетический потенциал.
🔹 Россия поддерживает устремления Индии стать постоянным членом Совета Безопасности ООН. Мы плотно координируем наши усилия в БРИКС, на ооновских площадках, приветствуем цели индийского председательства в "Группе двадцати" и ШОС в 2022-2023 годах. Обе наши страны не приемлют навязывания разделительных линий между странами в нарушение принципа равной безопасности.
🇷🇺🇮🇳 Очевидно, что в текущих условиях значение Индии для России как ключевого международного партнёра будет только усиливаться. Многое сделано для укрепления нашего партнёрства, но предстоит сделать ещё больше, чтобы соответствовать требованиям глобальной трансформации. Подспорьем на этом пути служит мудрость предыдущих поколений, дальновидно закреплявших в двусторонней договорно-правовой базе основы и принципы отношений на долгосрочную перспективу.

The pharmaceutical giant's statement came in response to a Project Veritas publication in which a company employee admitted that Pfizer was engaged in "directed evolution" of the Chinese coronavirus. According to Jordon Walker, the company is creating new variants of the virus in order to "prepare a vaccine for them in advance".
In fact, Pfizer has confessed to creating a biological weapon.

◻️In Krasny Liman direction, Operational-Tactical and Army aviation and Artillery of the 'Tsentr' Group of Forces inflicted a fire damage on accumulations of manpower of the 92nd Mechanised, 25th Airborne, 80th and 95th Airborne Assault Brigades of the AFU and the 27th National Guard Brigade near Stelmakhovka, Chervona Dibrova (Lugansk People's Republic) and Yampolovka, Torskoye, and Serebryanka (Donetsk People's Republic).
💥The enemy's losses in this direction amounted to 110 Ukrainian servicemen, an infantry fighting vehicle, four armoured combat vehicles, a Nona-S self-propelled gun, and a Grad MLRS.
◻️In Donetsk direction, as the offensive continued, units of the 'Yug' Group of Forces took more advantageous positions and hit the enemy close to Kurakhovo and Antonovka (Donetsk People's Republic).
💥An ammunition depot of the 81st Air Mobilisation Brigade of the Ukrainian Armed Forces has been destroyed near the city of Kramatorsk (Donetsk People's Republic). The enemy losses in this direction amounted to up to 90 Ukrainian military, an infantry fighting vehicle, two armoured combat vehicles, 14 motor vehicles, two Akatsiya self-propelled howitzers, two D-20 and D-30 howitzers, and two Olkha and Smerch multiple rocket launchers.
💥Moreover, two US-made M777 artillery systems, two US-made Paladin self-propelled artillery systems, and one US-made AN/TPQ-50 counter-battery radar have been eliminated.
◻️In South Donestk and Zaporozhye directions, the 'Vostok' Group of Forces continued its offensive and defeated the enemy near Ugledar, Prechistovka, and Shevchenko (Donetsk People's Republic) and Dorozhnyanka (Zaporozhye region).
💥Two artillery ammunition depots of the 68th Jager and 72nd Mechanised Brigades of the AFU have been neutralised in the areas of Prechistovka and Ugledar (Donetsk People's Republic). The losses of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in these areas amounted to up to 100 military personnel killed and wounded, one tank, two armoured combat vehicles, three pickup trucks, two vehicles, and two Akatsiya self-propelled howitzers over the past day.
◻️In Kherson direction, two US-made AN/TPQ-36 and AN/TPQ-48 counter-battery radar stations, as well as a dump of AFU artillery ammunition, were obliterated near Kherson city and Novoaleksandrovka village (Kherson region).
