Foreign citizens and compatriots living abroad, studying basic and secondary general education programs or their equivalent can take part in the Olympiad.
Registration for the SPbU School Olympiad will begin on November 1, 2024.
The Olympiad is held in writing using remote educational technologies and includes two stages:
• qualifying stage (from November 1, 2024 to January 13, 2025)
• final stage (February - March 2025).
Winners and prize-winners of the final stage can apply for benefits when
entering Russian universities: admission without entrance examinations, 100 points

Strengthening Multilateralism for Just Global Development and Security
✍️ We reiterate the importance of further enhancing BRICS solidarity and cooperation based on our mutual interests and key priorities and further strengthening our strategic partnership.
We reaffirm our commitment to the BRICS spirit of mutual respect and understanding, sovereign equality, solidarity, democracy, openness, inclusiveness, collaboration and consensus. As we build upon 16 years of BRICS Summits, we further commit ourselves to strengthening cooperation in the expanded BRICS under the three pillars:
✅ political and security;
✅ economic and financial;
✅ cultural and people-to-people cooperation;
and to enhancing our strategic partnership for the benefit of our people through the promotion of peace, a more representative, fairer international order, a reinvigorated and reformed multilateral system, sustainable development and inclusive growth.
We welcome the considerable interest by countries of the Global South in BRICS and we endorse the Modalities of BRICS Partner Country Category. We strongly believe that extending the BRICS partnership with EMDCs will further contribute to strengthening the spirit of solidarity and true international cooperation for the benefit of all. 👉 Strengthening Multilateralism For A More Just And Democratic World Order
🇺🇳 We reaffirm our support for a comprehensive reform of the United Nations, including its Security Council, with a view to making it more democratic, representative, effective and efficient, and to increase the representation of developing countries in the Council’s memberships so that it can adequately respond to prevailing global challenges and support the legitimate aspirations of emerging and developing countries from Africa, Asia and Latin America, including BRICS countries, to play a greater role in international affairs, in particular in the United Nations, including its Security Council.
We recognise the crucial role of BRICS in the process of improving the international monetary and financial system (IMFS), with a view to making it more responsive to the needs of all countries.
👉 Enhancing cooperation for global and regional stability and security
We strongly support enhanced BRICS dialogue on policy and security issues.
We reiterate our unequivocal condemnation of terrorism in all its forms and manifestations whenever, wherever and by whomsoever committed.
👉 Fostering Economic and Financial Cooperation for Just Global Development
We underscore the need to reform the current international financial architecture to meet the global financial challenges including global economic governance to make the international financial architecture more inclusive and just.
👉 Strengthening people-to-people exchanges for social and economic development
#BRICS2024: We commend Russia's BRICS Chairship in 2024 and express our gratitude to the government and people of the Russian Federation for holding the XVI BRICS Summit in the city of Kazan.
#BRICS2025: We extend full support to Brazil for its BRICS Chairship in 2025 and the holding of the XVII BRICS Summit in Brazil.

Укрепление многосторонности для справедливого
глобального развития и безопасности
Мы вновь заявляем о важности дальнейшего укрепления солидарности и расширения сотрудничества стран БРИКС на основе наших общих интересов и ключевых приоритетов и дальнейшего наращивания нашего стратегического партнерства.
Мы подтверждаем приверженность духу #БРИКС, в основе которого взаимоуважение и взаимопонимание, суверенное равенство, солидарность, демократия, открытость, инклюзивность, взаимодействие и консенсус.
Мы приветствуем значительный интерес стран Глобального Юга к БРИКС и поддерживаем «Модальности категории стран-партнёров БРИКС».
Укрепление многосторонности для более справедливого и демократического миропорядка
Мы отмечаем появление новых центров силы, принятия политических решений и экономического роста, что способно заложить основы для более справедливого, демократического и сбалансированного многополярного миропорядка.
Мы подтверждаем поддержку всеобъемлющей реформы ООН, в том числе её Совета Безопасности, в целях повышения ее демократичности, представительности, эффективности и действенности, а также расширения представленности развивающихся стран во всех категориях членства в Совете, с тем чтобы он мог надлежащим образом реагировать на насущные глобальные вызовы, и поддерживаем законные устремления развивающихся стран Африки, Азии и Латинской Америки.
Мы признаём определяющую роль БРИКС в процессе усовершенствования международной валютно-финансовой системы (МВФС), для того чтобы она могла более оперативно реагировать на потребности всех стран.
Мы подчёркиваем ключевую роль «Группы двадцати» как главной международной платформы для многостороннего финансово-экономического сотрудничества, являющейся площадкой для диалога развитых стран и государств с формирующимся рынком на равной и взаимовыгодной основе в целях совместного поиска общих решений глобальных проблем.
Мы вновь заявляем, что односторонние принудительные меры, в том числе в форме односторонних экономических санкций и вторичных санкций, противоречащих международному праву, имеют далеко идущие последствия для обеспечения прав человека, включая право на развитие, для всего населения подвергшихся этим мерам государств, непропорционально затрагивая бедные слои населения и людей, находящихся в уязвимом положении.
Укрепление сотрудничества в интересах глобальной и региональной стабильности и безопасности
Мы решительно поддерживаем укрепление диалога в рамках БРИКС по вопросам политики и безопасности.
Мы глубоко обеспокоены продолжающимися конфликтами и нестабильностью в регионе Ближнего Востока и Северной Африки (БВСА) и отмечаем совместное заявление заместителей министров иностранных дел и специальных представителей стран БРИКС, принятое на их встрече 25 апреля 2024 года.
Мы вновь заявляем, что безоговорочно осуждаем терроризм во всех его формах и проявлениях вне зависимости от того, когда, где и кем совершаются террористические акты, и что он не должен ассоциироваться с какой-либо религией, национальностью, цивилизацией или этнической группой.
Мы признаём огромный потенциал ИКТ по преодолению цифрового разрыва в интересах социально-экономического роста и развития. Мы также признаём наличие вызовов и угроз, исходящих от цифровой сферы и возникающих в ней.
Углубление финансово-экономического сотрудничества в интересах справедливого глобального развития
Мы подчёркиваем необходимость реформирования нынешней международной финансовой архитектуры для решения глобальных финансовых проблем, включая глобальное экономическое управление, с тем чтобы сделать международную финансовую архитектуру всеобъемлющей и справедливой.
Мы поручаем министрам финансов и управляющим центральными банками наших стран должным образом продолжить рассмотрение вопроса использования национальных валют, платёжных инструментов и платформ и доложить о результатах в ходе следующего председательства.
