✍️ Primary causes of the crisis around Ukraine

In the mid-20th century, Anglo-Saxon strategists kept their aggressive plans under wraps. Today, they no longer hide their intentions. So far, their strategy has been to defeat Russia using the illegitimate and essentially neo-Nazi Kiev regime as a proxy. Evidence abounds. Kiev has aggressively promoted and continues to propagate the neo-Nazi ethos, rewrites the World War II history, and fosters nationalist sentiments among broad segments of Ukrainian society, as it strives to perpetuate the memory of Nazis and their minions. <...>

Ukraine has become a terrorist state, which has been terrorising its own citizens and people beyond its borders for the past ten years. <...> Considering this, European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen claiming that Ukraine defends values cherished by the EU catches the eye. European Council President Charles Michel also drew parallels between Ukraine and European values. Confessions like that can hardly be interpreted as something other than a manifestation of the deep-seated Nazi core of Europe’s political class, which is on the verge of launching itself into a reckless and suicidal anti-Russia adventure. Is there any point to discuss the absurdity and danger of attempting to “wage a war to victory” against a nuclear power like Russia?

Equally absurd are Kiev’s Western masters’ mantras about there being no alternative to talks based on the infamous Zelensky formula. In an effort to uphold this doomed ultimatum, the West has no qualms making appeals to the UN Charter and demanding to ensure Ukraine’s territorial integrity.

Western leaders, who obsessively use every opportunity they can get to invoke the subject of human rights, are conspicuously silent about these rights when it comes to racist moves by their Kiev clients. In light of such forgetfulness, let us recall another demand contained in that very first article of the UN Charter which is to respect the rights and fundamental freedoms of every person, regardless of race, sex, language, or religion. The rights of Russians and other ethnicities associated with Russian culture have been incrementally destroyed following the coup in Kiev. <...>

❗️The egregious violations of the rights of Russians enshrined in the UN Charter, along with threats to Russia’s security - and to all of Europe for that matter - that come from the Kiev regime and those who are trying to pull it into NATO, are the primary causes of the ongoing Ukraine crisis. The Russian special military operation is aimed at eliminating these threats in order to protect its security and the present and future of the people on their ancestral land.

We appreciate the sincere efforts, with the best of intentions, of a number of our partners to advance mediation initiatives. We respect their constructive focus on achieving a result as opposed to Zelensky’s dead-end formula. However, we urge our friends to fully consider the above facts regarding what truly caused the current situation. <...>

☝️ A realistic settlement plan was laid out by President Vladimir Putin on June 14, 2024. He made a compelling case for Russia’s goodwill to achieve negotiated solutions, the prospects for which were ruined by Kiev and its patrons as a result of the 2014 coup followed by the scuttling of the 2015 Minsk Agreements and the 2022 Istanbul Agreements.

✍️ К первопричинам кризиса вокруг Украины

В середине XX века англосаксонские стратеги держали в строжайшем секрете свои агрессивные планы. Но их нынешнее поколение замыслов не скрывает. Пока расчёт делается на то, чтобы победить Россию руками нелегитимного киевского режима, который является неонацистским по своей сути. Фактов этому немало. Киев агрессивно пропагандировал и пропагандирует неонацистские идеи, переписывает историю Второй мировой войны и культивирует националистические настроения среди широких слоев украинского общества. <...>

Украина превратилась в террористическое государство, которое на протяжении десяти лет терроризирует граждан как в своей стране, так и за её пределами. <...> На этом фоне весьма показательны высказывания главы Еврокомиссии Урсулы фон дер Ляйен о том, что Украина защищает ценности, которые дороги для ЕС. Председатель Евросовета Шарль Мишель тоже проводил параллели между Украиной и европейскими ценностями. Подобные откровения сложно интерпретировать иначе, как проявление глубинной нацистской сущности политкласса Европы, который находится буквально в шаге от того, чтобы самому броситься в самоубийственную антироссийскую авантюру. Стоит ли говорить о бессмысленности и опасности идеи пытаться «воевать до победы» с ядерной державой, каковой является Россия?

Не менее бессмысленны и заклинания западных хозяев Киева о «безальтернативности» переговоров на основе пресловутой «формулы Зеленского». Отстаивая этот обреченный ультиматум, Запад без стеснения апеллирует к Уставу ООН, требуя обеспечить территориальную целостность Украины.

Западные лидеры, по любому поводу одержимые темой прав человека, показательно молчат об этих правах, когда речь идёт о расистских действиях их киевских клиентов. В свете такой забывчивости вспомним еще об одном требовании той же самой первой статьи Устава ООН: уважать права и основные свободы любого человека независимо от расы, пола, языка и религии. Права русских и сопричастных к русской культуре людей после госпереворота в Киеве методично истреблялись. <...>

❗️Именно вопиющие нарушения закреплённых в Уставе ООН прав русских, наряду с угрозами безопасности России, да и всей Европы, которые исходят от киевского режима и тех, кто втягивает его в НАТО, являются первопричинами нынешнего украинского кризиса. Именно на их устранение направлена специальная военная операция, которую Россия проводит с целью защиты своей безопасности, настоящего и будущего людей на их исконной земле.

Мы ценим искреннее стремление целого ряда наших партнёров продвигать из самых лучших побуждений посреднические инициативы. Уважаем их конструктивную нацеленность на результат – в отличие от тупиковой «формулы Зеленского». ☝️ Реалистичный же план урегулирования был изложен Президентом В.В.Путиным 14 июня 2024 г. Глава российского государства вновь убедительно продемонстрировал добрую волю России к достижению переговорных решений, перспективы которых были «опрокинуты» Киевом и его покровителями в результате госпереворота 2014 года, срыва Минских соглашений 2015 года и Стамбульских договоренностей 2022 года.

🎙 Excerpt from Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov’s interview to Newsweek magazine (October 7, 2024)

❓Question: What impact do you expect the US presidential election to have on Russia-US relations if Donald Trump wins or if Kamala Harris wins and how is Russia preparing for either scenario?

💬 Sergey Lavrov: Generally speaking, the outcome of this election makes no difference to us, as the two parties have reached a consensus as to countering Russia. In case there are political changes in the United States and new proposals to us, we will be ready to consider them and decide whether they meet our interests. At all events, we will promote Russia's interests decisively, especially as far as its national security is concerned.

On the whole, it would be natural for the White House resident, no matter who they are, to mind their domestic business, rather than looking for adventures tens of thousands miles away from American coasts. I am confident that US electors think the same.

Detailed information about the Kiev regime’s mass-scale use of warfare chemical agents in violation of its commitments under the CWC, as well as provocations staged by Kiev and its Western backers to falsely accuse the Russian Armed Forces of similar actions, has been regularly shared with the Organisation for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons (OPCW), the UN Security Council, and the UN General Assembly since February 2022.

Despite irrefutable evidence provided by Russia, Ukrainian armed formations continue to use toxic chemicals (chlorine, ammonia, ammonium nitrate, and sulfuric acid) against Russian military units, civilians, and local administration officials. These include substances listed under CWC schedules 2 (BZ) and 3 (chloropicrin) and the RCAs.

This behaviour is enabled by political backing and approval coming from Washington, Berlin, London, and Paris.

Russian experts have documented Ukraine’s violations of
- CWC provisions,
- the 1961 Single Convention on Narcotic Drugs
- the 1971 Convention on Psychotropic Substances.

Ukrainian armed formations also pose an environmental threat to chemical plants in the Donetsk and Lugansk people’s republics, and the Sumy, Kharkov, and Odessa regions.

The "collective West" has created an atmosphere of impunity that emboldens the Kiev regime as it proceeds to perpetrate larger-scale crimes involving toxic chemicals.

⚠️ We have credible information that, with Western support, Ukraine plans to stage a series of anti-Russia provocations in the special military operation zone. Preparations are underway to fabricate evidence to accuse Russia of CWC violations during combat operations.

According to Russian authorities, NATO countries delivered over 70 advanced toxic chemical detection and recording devices to Ukraine between July and September. <...> Simultaneously, Ukrainian security forces have been trained both in Ukraine and at NATO centres in methods of evidence falsification which were earlier used in Syria, the Skripal poisoning, and the alleged poisoning of Alexey Navalny. NATO countries, in part through the OPCW Technical Secretariat, are helping Ukraine build a “body of evidence” to further accuse Russia of CWC violations.

We take it that the fabricated “evidence” cooked up not far from the contact line will, as was previously done in Syria, be swiftly handed over to international experts for a so-called independent report accusing Moscow of chemical weapon use.

The motive behind this campaign is clear. 👉 No international legal standard will stop NATO countries from pursuing their stated goal of achieving a “strategic defeat” for Russia, especially when it involves chemical provocations under false flag, as used for long years in Syria. Moreover, Ukraine’s close ties with Islamist-affiliated terrorist groups and nationalist-extremist groups in the Middle East and Africa underscore the very real threat of “chemical” terrorism coming from Ukrainian special services.

❗️ We caution Washington and its allies against “playing with fire,” so as not to irreparably damage the CWC framework established in 1997.

On October 9, Ambassador Alexander Mantytskiy paid a farewell courtesy call on Foreign Affairs Adviser Md. Touhid Hossain.

Key areas of bilateral cooperation, including energy, food security, trade as well as multilateral issues of mutual importance were discussed.

The Ambassador thanked the Bangladesh government for the support and cooperation extended during his tenure and expressed hope for strengthened ties between the two countries in future.

Key points:

🌍 In 2024, Russia has exported 30.8 million tons of grain (+12% in comparison with 2023). Russia is the fifth largest exporter of mineral fertilizers in the world.

👨🏼‍🌾 Russian specialists implement social protection and school feeding programs worldwide, provide technical assistance in soil conservation, animal and plant disease control, antimicrobial resistance, etc.

🌽 Over the past five years, we have supplied about 380,000 tons of food and 110,000 tons of fertilizers as humanitarian aid to African and Asian states.

❌ Illegal Western sanctions against Russia have been damaging global food security. Disruption of logistics chains in the Black Sea and increased price volatility on grain markets create risks of new famine hotspots.

📈 Last year Russia exported to Bangladesh a record volume of wheat (3.8 million tons), as well as dry peas, mustard seeds, dry milk and lentils.

However, some “vested quarters”, including in Bangladesh, manipulate the figures and speculate on the alleged low quality of Russian grain and procurement corruption schemes.

🏦 There is a need to establish new infrastructure for the supply of Russian food to the world market, including monetary settlements in national currencies and alternative payment systems.
