We help the customer's Product and Engineering teams to deeply understand and develop technical products and ensure they are being built with the highest quality.
Requirements:
3+ years of fluency in Ruby/Ruby on Rails and RSpec or similar testing frameworks;
Solid understanding of web fundamentals (HTTP, HTML, CSS, Javascript, Databases);
Strong understanding of RESTful API conventions;
High standards for quality and attention to detail.
As a plus:
Data-driven development to build, scope and define features that have a measurable impact;
Experienced with domain-driven design to help explain and simplify complex problems.
Responsibilities:
Design, build and maintain our backend infrastructure using Ruby on Rails;
Own features from start to finish while working with your scrum team to ensure excellent outcome;
Collaborate with other teammates to creatively solve problems ranging from scalability and performance to users interface and experience;
Help improve, expand and maintain our acquisition, applicant and customer APIs;
Work with the engineering and product team to help bring the features on our ambitious roadmap to life for our customers.

систему по управлению сотнями машин в режиме реального времени и собственное приложение для назначения заданий водителям.
Также в нашу эко-систему продуктов входит ещё аналитика с алгоритмизацией создания эффективных маршрутов.
У нас много работы с данными телеметрии машин, построением эффективных маршрутов и
сложной бизнес-логики.
Команда разработки 9 человек (бекенд, фронтенд, мобильная разработка, дизайнер), стремимся к развитию кроссфункциональности внутри команды.
Ждем от тебя:
• Знания, опыт коммерческой и командной разработки на Ruby/RoR
• Интерес к Ruby за пределами RoR
• Понимание базовых принципов ООП и архитектуры приложений
• Умение и привычка покрывать свой код понятными и поддерживаемыми тестами
Задачи:
• Разработка API и сервисов на RoR, взаимодействие с разработчиками клиентских приложений
• Покрытие кода тестами и документацией
• Принятие обоснованных архитектурных решений
• Интеграция с внешними API
• Поддержка и оптимизация производительности уже написанного кода
• Участие в анализе высокоуровневых требований и декомпозиция задач
• Проведение Code-Review
