Требования:
#Elixir и #Phoenix
#PostgreSQL, #Ecto
опыт практической разработки на Erlang/Elixir (OTP, ETS)
не обязательно уметь TDD, но хотя бы писать тесты :)
хотя бы базовые знания Google Cloud Platform: Compute Engine + придется интегрироваться с Google Cloud Vision API
AWS: уметь настроить S3, #CloudFront, настроить Elastic Transcoder, вещи в таком духе
уверенный пользователь Linux (само собой)
опыт разработки с использованием Git и понимание GitFlow (можно было бы и не упоминать)
