1. Boot your phone into recovery mode (TWRP or Ofox)
2. Mount vendor partition and copy this cgroups.json file into /vendor/etc
3. Open TWRP/Ofox terminal and then type:

restorecon /vendor/etc/cgroups.json

4. Reboot into system
