You can now assign tags to individual personal feed posts, not just entire feed. Find the Categories / Tags option when you write a new post.
Also, you can specify the Author of your post. RSS specifications require author field to be in a specific format: email and/or author’s name (e.g., name@email.com (Author’s Name)). Otherwise, the feed won’t pass validation in RSS feed validators. If you don’t need your personal feed to be valid you don’t have to follow that format.
When added, author and tags will appear after the item’s description (post’s body).
