Glutathione

Is known as the body’s master antioxidant and is produced in cells. Glutathione is produced in the liver and is involved in many processes within the body. It is involved in tissue-building, repair, and immune system functioning. Glutathione increases the body’s ability to fight off free radicals caused by oxidative stress. High levels of oxidative stress may be a precursor to multiple diseases such as diabetes, cancer, and rheumatoid arthritis. Almost one third of premenopausal women suffer from some degree of PMS, and recent research has confirmed that caffeine intake is related to both its presence and severity.
Basically, the more caffeine you ingest, the worse your PMS will be.

One study, based on 841 responses to a questionnaire sent to female university students in Oregon, showed whether caffeine consumption - whether coffee, tea or soft drinks, was strongly related to PMS.
The association started at one cup per day, and those consuming eight cups per day were seven times more likely to suffer with PMS as compared to abstainers.

Ironically, women often try to deal with that worn-out feeling and other symptoms of PMS by increasing their caffeine consumption, which only makes the problem worse.
And what about that depressed feeling that so often accompanies PMS?
You guessed it, episodes of depression during the luteal phase of the menstrual cycle have been linked with elevated cortisol and caffeine consumption.

Commercially grown coffee is the most heavily sprayed food or beverage crop in the world (overall third, behind cotton and tobacco), and the chemicals that are liberally used include some of the most dangerous herbicides, pesticides and fungicides.

Some of the most toxic elements which interfere with our internal physiology and create the most obnoxious health issues are heavy metals.

At the end of the day, the choice is yours. Cancer and increasing cancer rates is not a mystery like we are told it is, the cause is known and it is heavily linked to a toxic environment that includes a multitude of products we choose to use. You can look for antiperspirants that are Paraben (more specifically aluminum) free. You could also do your research on natural antiperspirants, there are a number of alternative options out there, you could even make your own. Athletic Performance

After two good years of using Root products, I would like to share with you my third experience. Experience is of a sporty nature, because I am an athlete and karate coach by my soul for more than three decades.

I have to give Clean Slate and Zero In. Both products have helped me get my sporting activities back to my twenties level. I can't describe how happy I am to not know "musclefiber" anymore, to run a mile much faster with a lower average pulse, no more joint pain, and I could count. Restore takes care of the total renewal of cells at my place, which after sports exercise are calling for regeneration.

Like every single person, I always thought how to live a healthy life... wow i am so healthy. But the time of middle age and family came and it was at this point I noticed my body had changed. Lab results were all ok even the doctors said I'm great. But I couldn't run a kilometer under 6 minutes anymore. Muscle pain lasted sometimes 3 to 5 days, before it was only a day and a half. Severe pain in my Achilles tendon appeared, which I thought was the fault of karate training.

It's true my passion is karate and I have my own club to teach others the skills .. but I also have to maintain my fitness, agility, speed, flexibility and I combine that with different sports. I have these activities: weekly 5 km run (sometimes 10 km), cycling, skiing in winter, and hiking.

At that time I realized that the main cause of the changes in my body was the load of heavy metals and toxins. As a little kid, I was very sick and had to take a mountain of medicine. I see one of the causes here, in connection with irregular and mostly fast food in my service years. Without sports, I can't even imagine what else would happen to me in this era.

Improved time of 16:85 min. , which means an improvement of 21.32%, and the average pulse with a higher load is 24 BPM lower!

Interesting that in the last 10 years I could not get a maximum pulse above 192 BPM, today after taking ROOT products every day I can have a maximum pulse of 214 BPM.

With these sports results, I want to show how much more oxygen my cells receive when I cleanse my body. Lactic acids or I don't know the "muskefibre" anymore, I can run much faster and with a lower heart rate. For me these results are extraordinary, top-notch and in the end it is important that I am very happy, calm and satisfied while doing so, because my organism can function much better.
